DESCRIPTION D'UN ELEENT
Le corps principal longueur 85 mm hauteur 40 mm, largeur 40 mm comprenant 2 cotés (1) et 1 fond (2) est constitué d'un seul morceau en telle A 33 emboutie de 2 mm et demis d'épaisseur
Sur les cotés et dans leur milieu se situe un cliquet rond (3) de 22 mm de diamètre destiné à la réception du noyau
A l'lntérieur du cliquet se trouve un trou de guidage (4) du noyau de 12 mm de diamètre
A droite et en partie basse les cotés comportent un trou de déver rouillagé (5) de 6 mm de diamètre
Le fond comporte 4 plis de protection (6) sur toute la largeur de la pièce
Le fond comporte également deux lumières (7) de 13 mm de largeur destinées au passage des liens plats
Le noyau est composé de 2 pièces carrées de 50 mm de longueur (8) en telle À 33 emboutie de 6 mm de coté
La tette (9) de noyau appelée tête de rivet est bombée à sa partie supérieure et fait 15 mm de diamètre
Le verrouillage du noyau situé à sa partie inférieure est composée de 2 demi cliquets (10)
Le demi cliquet s'emboite en bout du noyau et se trouve soudé par rapprochement, fermant la tête de rivet à l'autre extrémité, soudant et rivetant le tout dans la même opération. TITLE OF THE INVENTION
