Abstract

A pulse repeater regenerator has a paralleled telesurveillance and telelocalisation device which receives a service signal added to the line digital signal, the service signal being a binary signal modulating a low frequency carrier, and recovers the binary signal in a detector (21). A shift register (23) applied the signals to a binary comparator (24) which detects locking words. A multiplexer (44) combines information from the comparator (24) and an error rate circuit in the regenerator and applies the result to parallel inputs of a second shift register (40) whose series inputs are connected through a gate (41) to the first shift register (23) and a time base (200). The second shift register (40) parallel outputs are connected to a line clear decoder (43) and series output to a modulator (45) which modulates the signal with the original carrier from the time base and connects with the transmission line. The gate (41) is opened by the comparator (24) and closed by the line clear decoder (43) which also enables the parallel inputs of the second shift register (40).
