Abstract

In the signal conversion chain at proximity detector output the signal is modulated. Presence of modulation in signal applied to operational circuit validates this signal. The validation circuit comprises a monostable (38) initiated by pulses (OKVo) which in turn causes a capacitor (39) to discharge via a diode (41). The capacitor charges in absence of pulses via a resistor (40). A monostable output (3) is normally high and falls when comparator output is absent. A second monostable (47) is connected to this output via a capacitor (42) and a diode pump (43, 44) to rectify signal normally present but chopped by clock frequency. Second monostable output (3) is transmitted to variation detector to switch signal in proximity detector circuit.
