Abstract
The instrument permits, switching, mixing and routing of electrical signals, by the action of lighting variation. The instruments is made up of a group of circuit whose signal transmission resistance varies according to an exterior determined parameter. These circuits are called 'gates'. The opening and closing of each of these gate circuits are triggered by means of a photoelectric cell. This cell, modifies, under the action of variation of its illumination, the rest (normal) position of a semiconductor element. The result is to affect the transmission of an input signal towards the circuit and in consequence, the amplitude at the output of the circuit.
