Abstract

The seaweed is autostabilised by first carefully sorting the fresh seaweed and then crushing it according to a standard procedure for the particular species being treated with a suitable amt. of filtered seawater. The substances liberated during the crushing protects the seaweed from necrosis The prod. has therapeutic value, esp. in dermatology.
