Abstract

A container (pref. plastic e.g., polyethylene) has an open upper face surrounded by a rim on which is located a cover such that a hole in the cover coincide with a hole in the rim. A plug being non-return formation and a rippable portion are located in the two apertures. Once the plug has been removed on the rippable portion torn away the plug cannot be replaced. Pref. the plug has at its lower end a non-return flange which locates in the aperture in the cover to be removed from the plug.
