Abstract

Two rigid elements have engaged male and female threads; the deformable element is between them, and one can be united to a box of the installation. The assembly defines a coaxial passage for a multi-conductor cable with a flexible sheath. The rigid elements, when screwed together, deform the element and squeeze the cable, clamping it in the box. The deformable element is an assembly of curvilinear corners joined by flexible or frangible connections and limited by inner or outer surfaces which, at rest, are parts of cylindrical and conical coaxial surfaces and plane, radial surfaces, defining spaces with parallel edges. One element has an internal guiding frustoconical surface in which can rest the outer surfaces of the corners, with a vertex angle equal to that of the conical surface, so that the corners approach axially by sliding on the guide surface, and their connectors deform or break.
