Abstract

The object of the invention is a data structure for projects used in data communication in the form of a system that contains mnemonics. In the data structure, the data is stored in a computer in the form of content mnemonics and arrangement mnemonics both containing data. The mnemonics are files stored in relation to each other according to their content. The sequential and/or parallel mnemonics of the mnemonic systems are linked functionally to each other so that the arrangement mnemonics consist of individual search or arrangement information pieces, which are connected to the content mnemonics and on the basis of which the places of the mnemonics are defined in the data structure. The data of the content mnemonics consists of the subject of the project and of ordinary project data. The aim of the project, in which the data structure is used, is e.g. a presentation, education, a communication tool of an enterprise in project management, leadership or a game. In the method provided by the invention, information is searched in the form of different files for a telecommunication network. The files suitable for the data structure are selected on the basis of the actual theme of a project. The files are converted into mnemonics The databases are transformed to be mnemonics according to the content of the files by modifying the data of the files into a mnemonic in a systematic way to present the subject of the project, the unchangeable and changeable data of the project in the content mnemonic. The mnemonics of the system are connected to each other sequentially and/or in parallel so, that the arrangement mnemonic consist of individual search or arrangement data, which is connected to the content mnemonics and on the basis of which the places of the mnemonics are defined in the data structure.
