Description

5 10 AUTONOMOUS LIGHT ETA ETIQU DESCRIPTION Autonomous light label to mark prices, advertisements or signs. The present invention relates to a luminous Label, on which it is possible to write and erase information manually, so that prices, advertisements or signs on the sideboards of shops are more visible. 15 It is common in shops to use posters of paper, cardboard, plastic or other similar materials to write price information, features or other messages to capture the attention of customers and that it is necessary to change frequently and at each change, it must be of using a new writing medium. An example of the use of this manual system is given in different stores where in times of sales it is customary to hang posters on the articles with the previous prices and the discounted prices or other similar information and that is changed frequently, discarding the posters already written In addition, if they are posters made in common paper, cardboard, plastic or other material to receive inscriptions by hand with a marker, pen or print, which cannot be erased easily, the information that appears in them does not Highlights enough for the customer, consumer or recipient to read it without difficulty at a safe distance. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the "Autonomous light label" has been devised, which provides very visible information and allows the content 30 to be varied by means of a common marker for chalk boards. The "Autonomous light label" in question is of the type that includes low-consumption lighting lamps by means of light-emitting diodes, called LEDs, whose light strikes and filters on a transparent methacrylate surface on which, 35 indefinitely, are written or Manually draw prices, graphics or texts with any water-based marker pen used in conventional chalk boards, these can be easily erased by rubbing them with a cloth or cloth that does not scratch methacrylate. 40 From this introduction, the "Autonomous light label" object of the invention is essentially characterized by the fact that it consists of a plate of regular transparent methacrylate form, with high optical clarity and high refractive index, where in one of the edges of this transparent plate, are located electric lamps of conventional high-brightness LED light-emitting diodes, hidden inside a box that forms the base of the equipment and at the same time houses the electronic system of power supply and system power control. The light emitted by the LED lamps, whose light strikes one of the edges of the plate Methacrylate runs invisible inside it, illuminating everything in its path, in this case also what has been written or drawn on some side of it with the markers described below. 5 More specifically, the "Autonomous light label" is equipped with, at least, two high-brightness LED emitting diodes, white, blue, green, red, etc. or multicolored, at the choice of the end user, the number of amps of this type will vary based on the measurements of the equipment, these LEDs are hidden in a specific box-shaped location that serves as the basis of the equipment, separated from each other. Regular distributed distance 10 on the edge of the methacrylate place where they impact. At the same time, this base housing is also used to house the power system and the system power control. The power system consists of an electric circuit formed by an electric battery 15 that is self-charged by means of a photovoltaic cell system that upon receiving the external light from the place where the Label is located, generates an electric current towards the battery so that it accumulate it and thus maintain the voltage necessary for the power supply of the circuit. 20 The ignition control is formed by an electronic circuit which has a photoelectric cell that controls the switching on and off of the amps of Leds, its operation is as follows: When the ambient light of the place where it is located is affected " Label "on this photoelectric cell 25, makes it act like a switch and puts the system into operation by turning on the LEDs, when the light ceases to turn off the LEDs leaving the equipment at rest until the photoelectric cell returns to the light . This system is designed so that when the sideboard lights are opened or the place where the "Label" is located, it is put into operation and turned off when these 30 lights are turned off, it is possible to say that this circuit that controls the ignition of the system, It is equipped with a regulator to adjust the incidence of the illumination of the photoelectric cell and that does not act to affect the environmental light of the exterior of the establishment. Due to this system of self-feeding and self-control of ignition, an autonomous operating system is conferred on the equipment in which it is only necessary to manually change the prices, graphics or texts by the user. In a possible embodiment, the "Label" consists of a place of transparent methacrylate of high optical clarity and a high index of refraction, on a regular basis, mainly 40 rectangular, while in one of its edges a minimum of two lamps are placed Led type, variable flamer depending on the dimensions of the "Label", more or less at the rate of one ampere couple every 150 mm2 of place of methacrylate. For the best understanding of what is described herein, some accompanying experimental prototype drawings are attached, of measurements: height 100 mm, width 52 mm and thickness 12.5 mm, the measurements being seen from the place of methacrylate of height 60 mm, width 50 mm and thickness 3 mm, in which, only by title For example, a case study of the "Autonomous light label" is represented. In said drawings, Figure 1 is a perspective view of the cover of the base box of the equipment and Figure 2 is also a perspective view of the base box of the equipment, both can be made of plastic materials such as PVC, ABS or similar since the equipment does not give off any heat. Figure 1 corresponds to the cover of the base box and in it we can see about 10 flanges (1) that serve as a fastener for the electronic circuit board (15) described in Figures 4, 5, 6 and 7, as well as another flange (2) that serves as a fastener for the methacrylate plate (14) described in figures 3, 6 and 7. The holes (3) are used to, by means of screws, secure this cover with the base described in figure 2 In the same figure 1 we can also see a flange (4) that serves to house the photoelectric cell (16) 15 responsible for the ignition control of the equipment described in Figure 4 and also a window (5) that is the housing of the photovoltaic plate (17) described in figures 4 and 7 responsible for the power supply of the battery (19) of the electric circuit described in figures 4 and 7. 20 Figure 2 corresponds to the base box and in it we can see some flanges (6) and (7) that serve as support for the electronic circuit (15) described in the figures 4, 5, 6 and 7 and another flange (8) that serves as a support for the methacrylate plate (14) described in figures 4, 5, 6 and 7, between the flanges (7) we can see slits (9) which are the housings of the LEDS (18) described in figures 4, 5 and 7, which illuminate the plate of methacrylate (14) described in figures 3, 6 and 7, as we can see in detail (25 ) of Figure 7. The flanges (10) and (11) are used to screw the cap screws described in Figure 1 as (3). The flanges (11) are also used as a guide and support for the methacrylate plate (14) described in Figures 3, 6 and 7. In this same figure we can also see the hole (12) that is used for, from the outside and without disassembling the equipment, with a small screwdriver you can adjust the sensitivity of the ignition system. Figure 3 represents the methacrylate plate (14) described in Figures 4, 5, 6 and 7, in this case rectangular in shape, where the holes (13) serve as a guide of fit and support with the flanges (11) of figure 2. Figures 4 and 5 represent a perspective view of the electric and electronic circuit of the equipment, consisting of a bakelite or fiberglass plate which has an electric circuit printed where the different electronic components are welded by 40 staph welding. Figure 4 is the upper face of the electric ° and electronic ° circuit, where we can see, the printed circuit board (15), the photoelectric cell (16) responsible for the ignition control of the equipment, the photovoltaic cell (17) responsible for the power supply 45 of the battery (22) of the equipment, described in figures 5 and 7, the LED light emitting diodes (18) responsible for illuminating the methacrylate plate, described in figures 4, 5 and 7, and recesses (19) in the printed circuit board (15) described in figures 4 and 5, which serve as a guide for the flanges (6) of the equipment base box described in figure 2. Figure 5 is the face bottom of the circuit ° electric ° and electronic °, where we can price, 5 the printed circuit board (15), the LEDs (18) responsible for illuminating the methacrylate plate, some recesses (19) on the plate of the printed circuit (15) that serve as a guide for the flanges (6) of the base box of the equipment described in Figure 2, the battery (22), which is responsible for electrically feeding the system, the variable and adjustable resistance ( 20) which is the electronic component with which we can adjust the sensitivity of the ignition system and an electronic component commonly referred to as "transistor" (21) which is the one that electronically functions as the electronic switch of the lighting system. In Figure 6 we can see in perspective, the assembly of all components 15 where (24) is the base box, (23) the cover of the base box, (15) is the printed circuit board and (14) the plate methacrylate Figure 7 shows in cross section, the methacrylate plate (14) described in Figure 3, 6 and 7, the base box (24) described in Figures 2 and 6, the base box cover (23) 20 described in figures 1 and 6, the printed circuit board (14) described in figures 4, 5 and 6, the electrical and electronic components described in figures 4 and 5 and the LED light emitting diodes (18) described in figures 4 and 5. In this same figure it can be seen in detail (25), the incidence of the LEDs (18) with the methacrylate plate (14) and also in the detail (26), the fastening of the printed circuit board 25 (15) by the flanges (1) of the base box cover and the flanges (6) and (7) of the base box described in Figures 1 and 2. Figure 8 shows the scheme of the electric and electronic circuit of the system, because it is a circuit commonly used for automatic lighting purposes of 30 lights with photoelectric cell, not It is the object of the invention and no further details are entered, it should only be noted that this circuit does not presuppose any risk of electric accident since it works at a really reduced voltage (3 volts). 35 Figure 9 shows a perspective, without further details, of all assembled equipment. Finally, Figure 10 shows the measurements in millimeters of the prototype mounted for the tests. From everything described and by observing the drawings, it follows that, when light falls on the photoelectric cell (16) described in Figure 4, the system is put into operation, giving orders to turn on the LED light emitting diodes ( 18) described in Figures 4, 5 and 7, the light they emit affects the edge of the methacrylate plate (14) described in Figures 3, 6 and 7 which, thanks to its transparency qualities, high optical clarity and high index of refraction, transmit the light received throughout the sine of the plate. For this reason, when applying a writing, or taxed with prices, graphics or texts with any water-based marker pen used in conventional chalk boards on the outer face of the methacrylate plate (14), the light that travels inside is collected and reflected by the strokes made, which are illuminated in a very visible way and that stands out on any background of the entomb where the "Luminous Label" is located. 5 This "Luminous Label", at the same time can also receive fixed inscriptions, taxed by laser technology, milling, etc., such as: texts, engravings or logos, also lighting up when the equipment is switched on. The "Luminous Label" described constitutes a very effective informative medium, due to the fact that the graphs and inscriptions represented on it acquire an extraordinary luminous relief and call the attention powerfully. All this means that the "Luminous Label" has multiple applications, especially in those cases in which it is important to highlight information that is frequently substituted. The support for the same will not be subject to an invention in the "Luminous Label", since it is intended to be made in small dimensions and weight, such as the size of the experimental prototype mounted, of measurements: height 100 mm, width 52 mm , 20 thickness 12.5 mm and a weight of 40 grams, being able to be placed anywhere using common supports already existing in the market. As an example we can mention: plastic bases for support of objects, making a hole in the methacrylate plate we can use the "navets" used to hang labels on garments, repositionable tape type "Velcro", double adhesive tape face, clips, 25 staples, tweezers, needles, etc. The materials used in the manufacture of the components of the "Luminous Label", their shapes and dimensions and all the details and accessories that may be presented will be independent of the object of the invention, as long as they do not affect their essentiality.
