Sistema de control fuzzy multivariable para la regulación simultánea del estado hipnótico y analgésico de un paciente.#Sistema completo de administración automática de fármacos en pacientes sometidos a intervención quirúrgica, en los que se desea regular su grado de hipnosis y analgesia. La solución aportada es un único controlador basado en lógica difusa que determina simultáneamente las velocidades de infusión de los fármacos, los cuales serán administrados mediante sendas bombas. La medida de las variables a controlar se realizará mediante un monitor del BIS y un monitor del dolor. La invención aporta la solución para la comunicación entre los distintos dispositivos y un PC de control, con el software necesario para la monitorización de variables, su representación gráfica, su almacenamiento y la gestión de alarmas que se pudieran producir durante la intervención. El aspecto más relevante de la invención es la actuación sobre ambos fármacos mediante un único controlador, diseñado con reglas lingüísticas obtenidas del conocimiento experto de la respuesta de pacientes.Multivariable fuzzy control system for the simultaneous regulation of the hypnotic and analgesic state of a patient. # Complete system of automatic drug administration in patients undergoing surgical intervention, in which it is desired to regulate their degree of hypnosis and analgesia. The solution provided is a single controller based on fuzzy logic that simultaneously determines the infusion rates of the drugs, which will be administered by means of pumps. The variables to be controlled will be measured using a BIS monitor and a pain monitor. The invention provides the solution for communication between the different devices and a control PC, with the necessary software for monitoring variables, their graphic representation, their storage and the management of alarms that could occur during the intervention. The most relevant aspect of the invention is the action on both drugs by means of a single controller, designed with linguistic rules obtained from the expert knowledge of patient response.
