La presente invención propuesta provee una solución para aquellos cirujanos que precisan unir dos o más vasos sanguíneos por multitud de enfermedades degenerativas o accidentales. Dicha solución es sencilla de aplicar, rápida en su colocación pero, sobre todo, segura, eficaz y duradera. Se propone una prótesis vascular que reduce la posibilidad de trombos. La prótesis se une al vaso sanguíneo con un clips fenestrado por presión, sin deformar la prótesis. Esta solución reduce significativamente el tiempo del acto quirúrgico. La prótesis puede tener una o varias bocas entrada o salida. Para la colocación de la prótesis se ha concebido un dispositivo especial, con unas puntas que dilatan el vaso sanguíneo.The present proposed invention provides a solution for those surgeons who need to join two or more blood vessels due to a multitude of degenerative or accidental diseases. The prosthesis may have one or several mouths in or out. For the placement of the prosthesis a special device has been conceived, with tips that dilate the blood vessel.
