Abstract

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to computerized electronic equipment to provide selective information to specific recipients.

More particularly, the invention focuses on a set of electronic devices and computer systems that is specially designed to be able to deliver, to one or several specific and specific recipients, informational messages, which will be eminently of an advertising nature but without implying a limitation, in order to be able to customize these messages according to the needs, tastes or customs of the different potential recipients obtained from the information collected from their mobile devices and thus selectively focus different types of message to the most suitable recipients.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The field of application of the present invention is part of the technical sector of electronics and telecommunications, covering on the one hand the electronic devices and devices and computer science, and on the other the field of computerized advertising media or information dissemination.

In reference to the state of the art, it should be mentioned that, on the part of the applicant, the existence of any other equipment or invention of similar application that presents technical, structural and constitutive characteristics similar to those presented here, and whose objective is unknown, is unknown. essential is to provide the advertising and Information Technology and Communications (ICT) sector with a new tool that allows selective targeting of advertising or informational messages so that they reach the recipients who are most likely to be interested in them, avoiding a scattered disclosure that often falls into a "broken bag" and yet represents a very high economic cost.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

Thus, the computerized electronic equipment to provide selective information to specific recipients that the present invention proposes is configured as a remarkable novelty within its field of application, since according to its implementation and in a restrictive way the aforementioned objectives are satisfactorily achieved, the characterizing details thereof being conveniently set forth in the final claims that accompany the present specification.

To do this, and specifically, the recommended equipment consists, essentially, of three essential parts:

 One or more main information collectors,

-

one or more data storage servers, equipped with information positioning algorithms,

-

and one or more secondary information collectors that allow the information to be shown to the recipient or recipients.

The main information sensor comprises a mobile device signal detector, capable of recognizing the IMEI code of mobile devices or the "MAC Adress" (Media Access Control or media access control which is a 48-bit identifier (6 blocks hexadecimal) that corresponds uniquely to a “Ethernet” network) of the WIFI or Bluetooth of the mobile devices, also comprising a CPU with GRPS, 3G or WIFI communication capability, so that the information collected by the main sensor on mobile devices that are in their pickup radius (relative to the number of them, space and time they travel) is sent to the server or storage servers.

On the other hand, the secondary information collector or sensors comprise a mobile device signal detector, capable of recognizing the personal identification code of the mobile device (eg, IMEI of the mobile devices or the “MAC Adress” of the WIFI or Bluetooth of mobile devices, or other technically equivalent ones), a CPU with GRPS, 3G or WIFI wireless communication capability (or other technically equivalent systems), and an interface capable of reproducing information or advertising message, whether audio, video or image fixed, which can be graphic or text.

Thus, for example, in a preferred application of the invention as electronic information support equipment for direct advertising, the operation of the equipment would be as follows:

In an establishment, shopping center or department store, one or more main information collectors are installed, for example one in each section. Subsequently, when one of said mobile devices is detected by a secondary information sensor, which sends the information of such detection to the storage server that collates it with its database.

If the device detected is registered by the server, the information positioning algorithm will calculate which advertising information is most suitable for said client and will be sent to the secondary collector to display it through its interface on the electronic device that has been provided for this, for example a monitor.

If more than one mobile device that is registered in the storage server is detected, the algorithm will calculate which is the most suitable advertising to show to the group of people.

It is important to note that the secondary sensor and the device that displays the information can be, in addition to the same enclosure as the main sensor, anywhere in the world. On the street, in an event venue, offices, shopping centers, bars, train or bus stations, airports, within a bus or subway or train, in short, any place of influx of people. For its part, the device that displays the information can be of any kind, for example a panel or screen inside a bus, subway, tram, etc., a panel or screen in a bus stop canopy, a screen of the enclosure of cultural, sporting or other events, advertising monoliths, etc.

Therefore, the advantages provided by the proposed equipment are verified, since it provides a totally selective information system, advantageously allowing to choose the type of information suitable to show it to the recipient that will be more receptive and to do so at the moment when it can Receive with greater security.

The described computerized electronic equipment to provide selective information to specific recipients represents, therefore, an innovative structure of structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now for this purpose, reasons that together with its practical utility, provide it with sufficient grounds to obtain the privilege of exclusivity requested.

DESCRIPTION OF AN EXAMPLE OF EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In view of the aforementioned figures and in accordance with the numbering adopted, an example of embodiment of the invention which comprises the parts and elements described below can be observed therein.

Thus, as seen in said FIG. 1 and only, the equipment in question includes:

-

 at least one main information sensor 1, which is installed in a first location 2, such as an establishment, shopping center, etc., where the influx of recipients 3 provided with mobile devices 4 is provided;

 at least one data storage server 5, provided with information positioning algorithms;

-

and, at least, a secondary information sensor 6 connected via interface to an electronic device 7 capable of displaying information.

The main information sensor 1 is a device comprising a mobile device signal detector, capable of recognizing the IMEI code or the "MAC Adress" of the WIFI or Bluetooth of the mobile devices 4, of potential recipients 3 that are in the location 2, and a CPU with GRPS, 3G or WIFI communication capability to send to the storage server 5 the information collected on said mobile devices 4.

The main communication sensor and the secondary communication sensor 6 can be communicated with the server 5 via a LAN or WAN, such as the internet.

1.- Computerized electronic equipment to provide selective information to specific recipients, characterized by comprising:

 at least one main information sensor (1), installed in a location (2), such as an establishment, shopping center, etc., where the influx of recipients (3) provided with mobile devices (4) is foreseen;

 at least one data storage server (5), provided with information positioning algorithms;

and, at least, a secondary information sensor (6) connected via interface to an electronic device (7) capable of displaying information;

in which the main information sensor (1) is a device comprising a mobile device signal detector, capable of recognizing the personal identification code of the mobile devices (4) and a CPU capable of communicating through a communication system wireless; and in that the secondary information sensor (6) consists of a device comprising a mobile device signal detector, capable of recognizing said mobile device code (4), a CPU capable of communicating through a wireless communication system and an interface to connect to the electronic device (7) capable of reproducing the information or message. 2. Computerized electronic equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that said personal identification codes are IMEI codes or the "IMAC Adress" of the WIFI or Bluetooth. 3. The system [paragraphs 0056-0057; Figure 2] consists of at least one sensor (set-to-box 204), located at the desired location, connected to an electronic device capable of reproducing information (TV 208). Said sensor can communicate through the internet with one or several servers (server 210) and with the mobile user device through a short-range wireless interface (eg WiFi, Bluetooth ...). To communicate the personalized information [paragraphs 0058, 0061, 0136-0137], the sensor detects the presence of the mobile device and recognizes its personal identification code. The system has the appropriate means to detect the user's location precisely (eg, GPS, cell triangulation ...). The mobile device can use any type of wireless technology [paragraph 0070]. The system [paragraph 0083] is able to detect the presence of various mobile devices in the vicinity of the desired location, extract the various identifiers and forward them to the server. The type of identification detected [paragraphs 0123, 0130] can be the MAC address or the IMEI. The sensors called primary and secondary in the claim differ only in that the secondary is more complete, since it has additional means to communicate with the device capable of reproducing the information. The sensor described in document D01 is as complete as the sensor called secondary. If it is desired to detect the presence of users in various areas using a distributed system such as that described in D01, a person skilled in the art would use as many similar sensors as areas to be covered. The use of additional sensors to cover more detection areas does not confer inventive activity to the claim. In view of document D01, claim 1 lacks inventive activity according to article 8 of the Patent Law. Dependent Claim 2 Document D01 [paragraphs 0123, 0130] shows that the personal identification codes are IMEI codes or the MAC address. In view of document D01, claim 2 lacks inventive activity according to article 8 of the Patent Law. Dependent claims 3 to 5 Document D01 [paragraphs 0070, 0130] shows that the wireless communication system can be of any of the known types (eg WiFi, Bluetooth). Similarly [paragraphs 0075, 0125] shows that the mobile device can be of any type (eg mobile phone, PC, Laptop ...). Dependent claims 3 to 5 do not define particular technical characteristics of the invention. They only indicate the ability of the system to work with all kinds of known technologies.
