Abstract
Medidor del pulso periférico y el ritmo cardiaco. Especialmente idóneo para determinadas patologías cardíacas permite medir el pulso periférico de forma no invasiva y automática, por medio de un dispositivo fotónico basado en fibra óptica, el cual genera un haz de luz que sufre variaciones al atravesar los vasos sanguíneos del dedo del paciente. Un sensor (1) recibe la luz láser (2) y transforma la señal luminosa en una señal eléctrica que tras una amplificación (3) y un filtrado (4) pasa a un amplificador de ganancia automática (5) que suministra las señales filtradas a un conformador de pulso (6) provisto de dos salidas, una salida analógica (7) y una salida digital (9), asistidas por respectivos amplificadores (8) y (10), de manera que la salida digital (9) se conecta a un ordenador para lectura de datos, a la vez que cuenta con una derivación en la que se establece un LED indicador (11) que permite el control visual de pulsos.Peripheral pulse and heart rate meter. Especially suitable for certain cardiac pathologies, it allows to measure the peripheral pulse in a non-invasive and automatic way, by means of a photonic device based on optical fiber, which generates a beam of light that undergoes variations when crossing the blood vessels of the patient's finger. A sensor (1) receives the laser light (2) and transforms the light signal into an electrical signal that after an amplification (3) and a filtering (4) passes to an automatic gain amplifier (5) that supplies the filtered signals to a pulse shaper (6) provided with two outputs, an analog output (7) and a digital output (9), assisted by respective amplifiers (8) and (10), so that the digital output (9) is connected to a computer for reading data, at the same time as it has a branch in which an indicator LED (11) is established that allows visual control of pulses.
