Abstract

Procedimiento de interconexión de células solares en paneles fotovoltaicos mediante soldadura directa y simultánea. Método de fabricación de paneles fotovoltaicos en el que las células que componen un panel se conectan mediante soldadura directa entre ellas formando hileras. Estas se unen entre sí y con los terminales de salida usando cintas conductoras. Todas las células y elementos de conexión que componen el módulo fotovoltaico se sueldan simultáneamente. El proceso consta de dos fases: en la primera colocamos en posición sobre una superficie de trabajo (1) las células solares (2) ligeramente superpuestas junto con las cintas de interconexión entre hileras de células (3), los terminales de salida (4) y la aleación para soldar. En la segunda fase, elevamos la temperatura de todo el conjunto hasta que se efectúa la soldadura simultánea de todos los elementos. El objetivo de este procedimiento es la fabricación de paneles fotovoltaicos con mayor ritmo de producción y usando métodos de fácilautomatización.Procedure of interconnection of solar cells in photovoltaic panels by direct and simultaneous welding. The objective of this procedure is the manufacture of photovoltaic panels with a higher production rate and using facilautomatization methods.
