EACH VEHICLE IN THE MOBILE SEGMENT HAS A DIFFERENTIAL GPS RECEIVER (2) CONNECTED TO A PROCESSOR (5), WHICH CONTROLS A RADIO TRANSCEIVER (23) AND A MOBILE PHONE (22) THAT DELIVER THE ERROR DATA CALCULATED BY THE CONTROL, CALCULATING WITH PRECISION AND SENDING YOUR POSITION TO THE CONTROL SEGMENT; BEING SUSCEPTIBLE TO BE CONNECTED TO DIFFERENT VEHICLE SENSORS (11,13, 15, 17) IN ORDER TO SEND COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION OR RECEIVE IT TO BE DISPLAYED ON A SCREEN.
