Abstract

The device for removing sticky labels from bottles etc. has a revolving plate (4) driven at a predetermined speed and a tension head (5) for axially clamping the bottle. Along the bottle axis there are at least two axially offset slit nozzles (6) which can be impinged separately with separating means of variable pressure. The slit nozzles are provided with slits extending substantially along the bottle axis wherein the distance of each slit nozzle head from the surface of the bottle can be set to conform with the axial contour of the bottle. The slit nozzles are pref. set on a common holder (7) where they can swivel in the axial normal plane. USE/ADVANTAGE - The separating means is guided accurately onto the separation point of the label ensuring efficiency without undue consumption of the separating means.The device for removing sticky labels from bottles etc. has a revolving plate (4) driven at a predetermined speed and a tension head (5) for axially clamping the bottle.
