- The invention, as expressed in the statement of this descriptive report, refers to a personal electronic warning kit, which provides structural and constitutive features, described in detail below, which represent an improvement of the current state of the art within its field of application.
- More specifically, the subject-matter of the invention focuses on a set of electronic devices making up a system that can be marketed as a kit comprising several satellite devices, suitable for incorporation into an object or on a person whose location is to be controlled, and a control device, consisting of a control device, and optionally also a specific app installed in a mobile phone, to which the satellite device is linked by bluetooth so that, when separated from it at a predetermined distance, both the control device and the satellite emit an audible warning that alerts the user of that circumstance, avoiding the possible loss of the object or person, for example small children, optionally allowing the whereabouts of their location via GPS regardless of the distance. In addition, the electronic kit also includes a charging platform to charge the satellite devices and, where appropriate, the control device.
- The field of application of the present invention is framed within the sector of the industry dedicated to the manufacture of electronic devices, focusing particularly on the field of those aimed at the control of objects and people.
- As a reference to the current state of the art, it is worth mentioning that, although there are some models of electronic devices in the market with purposes similar to the one proposed herein, at least on the part of the applicant there is no knowledge of the existence of any that present the technical, structural and constitutive characteristics equal to or similar to those presented by the device claimed herein and whose essential objective is to provide an alternative solution to what is already known, more versatile and simple to manufacture and use.
- The personal electronic warning kit that the present invention proposes allows the satisfactory achievement of the objectives previously indicated, with the characteristic details that distinguish it being conveniently gathered in the final claims that accompany the present description.
- Specifically, what the invention proposes, as mentioned above, is a set of electronic devices that make up a system that can be marketed in the form of a kit that, applicable to prevent the loss of objects and/or people through the control of their location, includes at least one satellite device, suitable for incorporation into an object or on a person whose location is to be controlled, and a control device to which the satellite device is linked via Bluetooth so that, when separated from it at a predetermined distance of 3 or 10 meters, both elements emit an audible alarm warning that alerts the user.
- The satellite device is a small personal electronic device, approximately the size of a €2 coin, about three centimeters, whose purpose is to be incorporated into some object to prevent its loss or be carried by a person, for example a young child, to prevent them from being separated from the person watching over them.

- The function of the control device is also to emit a warning when the object or person carrying the satellite device moves beyond the set distance, because when this occurs, the electronics that the control device includes are programmed to activate a buzzer or beep that alerts the user carrying the device. Preferably, as mentioned above, this distance is set at three meters, although optionally a variant is envisaged in which the distance is set at ten meters.
- To do this, the control device is composed of a control, similar to a remote control, which carries a battery and has an electronic circuit that includes a micro processor NXP bluetooth, in addition to low-power components such as a buzzer and LEDs, apt for linking via bluetooth with up to four different satellite devices, whose handling is very simple, being the ideal solution for any user, but especially for people who do not wish to or cannot or do not master the handling of new technologies, for example elderly people,
- Optionally, the satellite control can also be done through a mobile phone terminal such as a smartphone, electronic tablet or other in which a specific software app is installed, apt for Android system or IOS, in this case the app can be programmed to control up to 2 controlling devices with their satellites adhered and then detached satellites up to a certain maximum.
- As has been pointed out in the preferred embodiment, the control that constitutes the control device includes its bluetooth which allows locating of the satellites that, in turn, are equipped with micro GPS to locate them wherever they are, regardless of whether the distance link via bluetooth has been exceeded or not.
- In addition, in one embodiment, the kit also includes a central base or charging platform that, consisting of a casing with a plug connection to the network and which incorporates a power supply and several USB connectors, preferably four, allows, through the corresponding USB cable, the connection of the satellite devices, in which case will have a rechargeable USB battery.
- In order to complement the description being made and to help towards a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part of it, by a plan in which the following has been represented with an illustrative, but not limiting, character:
-
Figure 1 .- Shows a schematic representation of an embodiment example of the personal electronic warning kit, subject-matter of the invention, where the main elements it includes can be seen. -
Figure 2 .- Shows a lateral elevation view of an example of the satellite device that the kit of the invention includes, where the inclusion of the adhesive band that allows its fixation to a surface can be seen. -
