Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackungsmaschine zum Verpacken von Produktscheiben mit einer Mehrzahl von Arbeitsstationen sowie einer Aufschneidevorrichtung zum Aufschneiden einer Produktstange in Produktscheiben. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft das Aufschneiden einer Produktstange in Produktscheiben. Bei dieser Produktstange handelt es sich insbesondere um eine Lebensmittelstange, beispielsweise um eine Wurst-, Käse-, oder Schinkenstange. Eine Produktstange im Sinne der Erfindung kann aber auch ein Naturschinken sein. Diese Produktstange wird mit einer Aufschneidevorrichtung in Produktscheiben aufgeschnitten. Dabei wird die Produktstange kontinuierlich oder intermittierend in Richtung eines sich bewegenden, vorzugsweise rotierenden, Messers transportiert, das von dem vorderen Ende der Produktstange die Produktscheiben abtrennt. Die Dicke der Scheiben wird durch den Vorschubweg, den die Produktstange zwischen zwei Schnitten zurücklegt, bestimmt. Dafür weist der Ablagetisch vorzugsweise mindestens ein Transportband, hier ein Endlos-Band, auf, das sich in dem vorliegenden Fall gegen den Uhrzeigersinn dreht, sobald eine oder mehrere Portionen fertiggestellt worden sind. Die Bewegung dieses Transportbandes kann auch zur Konfiguration einer Portion, beispielsweise zum Schindeln, genutzt werden. Die jeweilige Portion fällt oder gleitet von dem Ablagetisch 19 in die Verpackung 13. Vorzugsweise ist der Ablagetisch als Ganzes oder teilweise in einer Ebene, beispielsweise einer horizontalen Ebene, in zwei Raumrichtungen bewegbar vorgesehen. Dies kann dadurch erfolgen, dass der Ablagetisch insgesamt und/oder nur Teile von ihm, beispielsweise das Endlos-Band, bewegt wird. Weiterhin bevorzugt ist der Ablagetisch höhenverstellbar vorgesehen, d.h. sein Abstand zum Schneidmesser 12 kann verändert werden. Ganz besonders bevorzugt kann der Ablagetisch 19 um mindestens eine horizontale und/oder vertikale Achse geschwenkt und/oder gedreht werden. Der Ablagetisch kann ein oder mehrere Transportbänder aufweisen, die vorzugsweise getrennt voneinander betreibbar sind. In dem vorliegenden Fall können sogar die Portionen für den gesamten Abzug (zwei Spalten und vier Spuren) gleichzeitig von dem Ablagetisch aufgenommen werden. In dem vorliegenden Fall weist der Ablagetisch 19 zwei Transportbänder 23, hier zwei Endlostransportriemen, auf, die gemeinsam oder unabhängig voneinander angetrieben werden können. Um auch die beiden unteren Spuren des Abzugs mit Portionen 15 belegen zu können, wird der Ablagetisch 19 nach dem Ablegen der Portionen in den oberen Spuren in Richtung 22 der unteren Spuren verschoben. Des Weiteren wird in dem vorliegenden Fall die Verpackungsmulde zu deren Befüllung relativ zur Transportrichtung 20 geneigt, um das Befüllen zu erleichtern. Außerdem wird in dem vorliegenden Fall die Transportebene der Unterfolienbahn und/oder der Verpackungsmulden angehoben. Claims (3)

  1. Packaging machine (27) for packing product slices (25), having a plurality of workstations, wherein one workstation is an insertion station and one workstation is a slicing apparatus (26), wherein the slicing apparatus is provided in the region of the insertion station, in particular above the insertion station, wherein the packaging machine is a tray sealer which has pack cavity singularizing station in which the pack cavities (13) are singularized, and that the slicing apparatus is disposed downstream of the pack cavity singularizing station and upstream of a sealing station in which a cover seal is sealed onto the pack cavity (13), characterized in that said packaging machine (27) has a movable belt (18) which prevents product particles from making their way into the packaging and which is at least in part disposed above the lower-film web or the pack cavity.
  2. Packaging machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the slicing and/or dropping of the cut-off foodstuff slice onto and/or the placing of the foodstuff slice in the pack cavity takes place under a vacuum and/or a modified atmosphere.
  3. System consisting of a slicing apparatus (26) and a packaging machine (27) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said slicing apparatus (26) and packaging machine (27) have a common controller and/or a common operating unit.
