Claims (12)

  1. Chair (1), in particular a conference chair or office chair, having a seat base (9) on which a carrier device (4) of the chair (1) is arranged, wherein:
    - the carrier device (4) comprises at least one seat carrier (2) and at least one backrest carrier (3),
    - the carrier device (4) is provided with a transmission arrangement (5) that couples the seat carrier (2) to the backrest carrier, said transmission arrangement rendering it possible for the backrest carrier (3) and the seat carrier (2) to pivot with a predetermined movement sequence between an upright position and a position that is pivoted rearwards,
    - a flexible-elastic storage element (8) is provided and configured on the transmission arrangement (5), said storage element providing a returning force into the upright position when the carrier device (4) is influenced
    the flexible elastic storage element (8) together with at least one first articulated rotary point (10) of the transmission arrangement (5) forms a kinematic chain (15), wherein the at least one articulated rotary point (10) of the transmission arrangement (5) is coupled to the seat base (9) and is arranged fixed relative to said seat base and wherein the transmission arrangement (5) comprises a first virtual rotary point and a second virtual rotary point (12, 13), which are encompassed by the storage element (8), wherein the at least one articulated rotary point (10) is coupled to a second articulated rotary point (11), which is arranged on the storage element (8), via a first connecting link (16) and the two virtual rotary points (12, 13) are coupled to one another via a second connecting link (17), wherein the first connecting link (16) is fixedly connected to the backrest carrier (3) or is embodied integrally with the backrest carrier (3).
  2. Chair according to Claim 1,
    wherein the backrest carrier (3) is rotatably mounted on the at least one articulated rotary point (10) in relation to the seat base (9) and the storage element (8) or the seat carrier (2) that is connected to said storage element is provided on a free end either with the second articulated rotary point (11) on which this storage element or seat carrier is rotatably connected to the backrest carrier (3), or is flexibly connected to the backrest carrier (3), in particular via a connecting piece (17).
  3. Chair according to Claim 1 or 2,
    wherein the flexible elastic storage element (8) is connected to the seat carrier (2), is moulded on to said seat carrier or is embodied as a single part with said seat carrier.
  4. Chair according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the storage element (8) of the transmission arrangement (5) is embodied with an elastic deformable synthetic material, in particular a fibre-reinforced synthetic material.
  5. Chair according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the storage element (8) comprises a curved shape that in the resting position of the chair (1) includes an approximately acute angle between 1° and 40°, preferably between 10° and 30°, in particular of 25°.
  6. Chair according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein at least one armrest carrier (18) is arranged on the carrier device (4) on at least one chair side, in particular an armrest carrier (18) is arranged respectively on each chair side, said armrest carrier or carriers being connected to the seat carrier (2) and/or to the backrest carrier (3).
  7. Chair according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the transmission arrangement (5) comprises a first stop, which limits a pivoting range of the seat carrier (2) and backrest carrier (3) in the upright position in such a manner that when the stop is reached, a pre-tension of the storage element (8) is present that holds the backrest carrier (3) and the seat carrier (2) in the upright position on the stop.
  8. Chair according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the transmission arrangement (5) comprises a second stop, which limits the pivoting range of the seat carrier (2) and backrest carrier (3) in a maximum pivoted position and/or is provided with a blocking element (21), which fixes the seat carrier (2) and backrest carrier (3) in a selectable pivoted position against at least one movement direction.
  9. Chair according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the length and/or incline of the first and second connecting link (16, 17) respectively are provided in such a manner that a ratio of a pivoting angle of the backrest carrier (3) to a pivoting angle of the seat carrier (2) in the pivoted rearwards position is 2 to 1 up until 4 to 1, in particular 3 to 1.
  10. Chair according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein a manipulatable height adjusting device (27) is provided and configured, which may be actuated via a handle that is arranged in the region of the seat carrier (2) and may be gripped; and/or
    wherein a seat element is arranged on the seat carrier (2) and said seat element may be fixed or is fixed or is provided so that it may be displaced along the seat carrier (2) by means of a set of guiding means.
  11. Method for producing a chair (1), in particular a chair according to any one of the preceding claims, having the steps:
    providing a carrier device (4) having a seat carrier (2), a backrest carrier (3) and a transmission arrangement (5) that couples the seat carrier (2) to the backrest carrier (3), said transmission arrangement rendering it possible for the backrest carrier (3) and the seat carrier (2) to pivot with a predetermined movement sequence between an upright position and a position that is pivoted rearwards;
    coupling a storage element (8) that is provided and configured on the transmission arrangement (5) to the carrier device (4) in such a manner that the predetermined movement sequence is rendered possible and a returning force in the upright position is provided by means of the storage element (8), wherein a kinematic chain (14) is formed by means of the flexible elastic storage element (8) with at least one first articulated rotary point (10) of the transmission arrangement (5),
    wherein the at least one articulated rotary point (10) of the transmission arrangement (5) is coupled to the seat base (9) and is fixedly arranged relative to said seat base and wherein the transmission arrangement (5) comprises a first virtual rotary point and a second virtual rotary point (12, 13), which are encompassed by the storage element (8), wherein the at least one articulated rotary point (10) is coupled to a second articulated rotary point (11), which is arranged on the storage element (8), via a first connecting link (16) and the two virtual rotary points (12, 13) are coupled to one another via a second connecting link (17), wherein the first connecting link (16) is fixedly connected to the backrest carrier (3) or is embodied integrally with the backrest carrier (3).
  12. Method according to Claim 11,
    wherein the storage element (8) comprises at least in a planar projection a curved shape having two limbs (20, 21) that are connected to the backrest carrier (3) at respectively one articulated rotary point (10, 11).
