Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de génération de biomasse constituée au moins partiellement de plantes aquatiques, pour la production d'aliments pour animaux ou pour animaux d'élevage, les plantes étant produites dans un photobioréacteur fermé doté de surfaces de culture empilées, selon le préambule de la revendication 1 et la revendication 12. L'invention vise à obtenir une intervention directe reproductible sur la production actuelle de plantes au regard du mélange d'aliments obtenu souhaité. A cette fin, les surfaces de culture aquatiques du photobioréacteur sont réparties dans celui-ci en zones dans lesquelles différentes sortes de plantes et/ou différentes espèces de plantes présentant des compositions d'ingrédients différentes sont utilisées et récoltées cycliquement, et la répartition des zones par rapport aux récoltes pouvant être obtenues dans celles-ci suit à peu près le même rapport que la composition des ingrédients des plantes cultivées sur celles-ci par rapport à la composition d'ingrédients visée de l'aliment pour animaux à produire à partir d'un mélange de ces plantes récoltées.
