Un tel mouvement de rotation est en effet généré par la masse supplémentaire que constitue le second moyen magnétique 6 coopérant avec un arrête libre de la portion extrémale 8. Ainsi, lorsque le doigt 61 est en position sortie, la marque 67 qui est apparente dans la fenêtre 68 indique que la portion extrêmale de la couverture n'est pas au contact du bassin 70. A l'inverse, comme illustré la figure 16, lorsque l'élément 53 interagit avec le deuxième moyen magnétique, comme par exemple la paroi du bassin 70, le doigt 61 est repoussé à l'intérieur du logement 62, en comprimant le ressort 63. La marque opposée 66 apparaît ainsi dans la fenêtre, montrant un verrouillage du système. Il ressort de ce qui précède qu'un dispositif de verrouillage dans une position déployée d'une couverture de bassin de piscine, conforme à l'invention, comporte de nombreux avantages, et notamment :

  • il permet de procéder au verrouillage en position déployée d'une couverture de bassin existant ;
  • il permet de s'adapter à une variation de niveau de la ligne d'eau à l'intérieur du bassin ;
  • il est automatique et ne requiert aucune manipulation de l'utilisateur, de façon à procéder au déverrouillage et permettre la rétractation automatique de la couverture du bassin de piscine ;
  • il est relativement simple et rapide à mettre en oeuvre, notamment sur tout type de couverture de bassin de piscine préexistant ;
  • il permet une maintenance aisée puisque, dans certaines variantes, seule la portion extrémale de la couverture peut être remplacée en cas de défaillance du dispositif ;
  • il est adapté à différentes configurations de bassin de piscine et notamment avec ou sans escalier.

Claims (15)
