Vorteilhaft bei dieser Vorrichtung ist, dass mit ihr ein Wickelprozess bereitgestellt werden kann, der nicht angehalten werden muss, wenn eine fertige Rolle durch eine leere Wickelrolle ersetzt wird. So wird nämlich eine leere Wickelrolle bereitgestellt, während auf einer anderen Wickelrolle das bahnförmige Material zu einer fertigen Rolle gewickelt wird. Das bahnförmige Material wird dabei mit konstanter oder reduzierter Geschwindigkeit der entsprechenden Wickelrolle zugeführt, weshalb der Wickelprozess auch einen hohen Durchsatz besitzt, da dieser Wickelprozess nicht unterbrochen werden muss, wenn eine neue Wickelrolle bereitgestellt wird. Vorteilhaft bei dieser Vorrichtung ist somit, dass die Wickelgeschwindigkeit variiert, das heißt den jeweiligen Prozessbedingungen angepasst werden kann. Jede Rahmenanordnung weist dabei eine Auflagewalze auf. Dabei bleibt die Auflagewalze während des gesamten Wickelprozesses auf der zu wickelnden Rolle. Die Wickelgeschwindigkeit bei dem Wickelprozess beläuft sich vorzugsweise auf mehr als 1800 m/s. Es kann also mehr bahnförmiges Material zu Rollen gewickelt werden, als dies bei herkömmlichen Wickelmaschinen der Fall ist. Claims (8)
- Apparatus for winding up web-like materials into rolls (42, 48), comprising two frame arrangements (10, 11) movably arranged at a framework (61) and each comprising a pair (2, 3) of carrier rollers (4, 5; 6, 7) arranged adjacent to each other, characterised in that holding elements are provided at the framework (61) with which the arrangement (10, 11) is fixed at the framework (61) before the web-like material (29) is separated by means of a cross cutting device (30).
- Apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that each carrier roller (4, 5; 6, 7) arranged in the frame arrangement (10, 11) has its own drive (8, 9) by which these carrier rollers (4, 5; 6, 7) are driven.
- Apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the framework (61) comprises two opposite frames (17, 45) each comprising an upper frame section (18, 64) and a lower frame section (20, 65), wherein a spindle device is arranged at each upper frame section (18, 64) and at each lower frame section (20, 65) for moving the frame arrangements (10, 11) on a rail system in a horizontal direction.
- Apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the apparatus (1) comprises a feeding device (32) with a catch (35), wherein the feeding device (32) receives an empty winding roll (37, 38, 40, 43, 50) by means of the catch (35) and transports it to the pair (2, 3) at carrier rollers (4, 5; 6, 7).
- Apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the frame arrangement (10, 11) comprises a lay-on roller (13, 14) which is movably mounted above the corresponding pair (2, 3) at carrier rollers (4, 5; 6, 7) such that the distance between the lay-on roller (13, 14) and the pairs (2, 3) at carrier rollers (4, 5; 6, 7) can be adjusted.
- Apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the framework (61) comprises two opposite frames (17, 45) comprising spindle stroke devices by means of which the two frame arrangements (10, 11) can be moved along the framework (61) in a vertical direction.
- Apparatus according to claim 5, characterised in that the respective lay-on roller (13, 14) has its own drive through which the lay-on rollers (13, 14) are driven.
- Apparatus according to claim 5, characterised in that during a winding process the lay-on roller (13, 14) is arranged on the roll (42, 48) to be formed of the web-like material (29).
