Abstract
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung (10) zum Erkennen von flächigen Produkten (14) weist eine Lichtquelle (16) mit einem Beleuchtungsstrahlprofil (24), einen optischen Sensor (18) mit einem Detektionsstrahlprofil (30) und eine mit dem optischen Sensor (18) verbundene Auswerteeinheit (20) auf. Das Detektionsstrahlprofil (30) überlappt mit dem Beleuchtungsstrahlprofil (24) in einem Detektionsbereich, in welchem ein Abschnitt (33) eines Oberflächenprofils der flächigen Produkte (14), der wenigstens teilweise durch das Beleuchtungsstrahlprofil (24) begrenzt ist, beleuchtet wird. Ein vom optischen Sensor (18) erzeugtes Detektionssignal wird an die Auswerteinheit (20) geleitet, die daraus deformierte, unvollständige und/oder verschiedenartige Produkte bestimmt. The inventive device (10) for detecting planar products (14) has a light source (16) with an illumination beam profile (24), an optical sensor (18) with a detection beam profile (30) and an evaluation unit connected to the optical sensor (18) (20). The detection beam profile (30) overlaps with the illumination beam profile (24) in a detection area in which a section (33) of a surface profile of the planar products (14) which is at least partially delimited by the illumination beam profile (24) is illuminated. A detection signal generated by the optical sensor (18) is passed to the evaluation unit (20), which determines deformed, incomplete and / or different products from it.
