Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung eines beleuchteten Wasserstrahls nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Derartige Vorrichtungen verfügen üblicherweise über einen Grundkörper, an dem zumindest ein Leuchtmittel befestigt ist. Eine Wasserführung erstreckt sich - meist durch den Grundkörper hindurch - und endet in einer Strahl bildenden Wasseraustrittsöffnung.The invention relates to a device for generating an illuminated water jet according to the preamble of claim 1. Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist beispielsweise aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 20 2005 011 205 U21 bekannt. Bei der dort beschriebenen Leuchte sind Leuchtmittel in Form von LEDs an der oberen Stirnseite des ringförmigen Grundkörpers angeordnet und beleuchten den Wasserstrahl von der Seite, nachdem er die Vorrichtung über die Wasseraustrittsöffnung verlassen hat. Diese vorbekannte Brunnenleuchte illuminiert den Wasserstrahl durch die Anleuchtung von außen nur unzureichend. Außerdem treten die sichtbaren Leuchtmittel sowohl bei Betrieb der Vorrichtung aber auch insbesondere wenn diese nicht in Gebrauch ist optisch stark, teilweise sogar störend hervor. Besonders bei Verwendung in naturnahen Arrangements wird diese sichtbare Technik oft als störend empfunden. Schließlich sind die Leuchtmittel durch ihre Anordnung leicht mechanischen Beschädigungen ausgesetzt, so dass ein hoher Wartungsbedarf besteht.Such a device is known for example from
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine gattungsgemäße Vorrichtung zu schaffen, die in ihrem Anwendungsspektrum diesbezüglich verbessert ist. Die Reparaturanfälligkeit einer derartigen Vorrichtung vermindert sich damit erheblich. Die Vorrichtung besitzt einen Grundkörper, der einstückig ausgebildet sein kann, jedoch bevorzugt wie dargestellt aus zumindest zwei Elementen, nämlich einem Leuchtmittelträger 4 und einem Anschlussstück 5 besteht. Dies hat fertigungstechnisch den Vorteil, dass der Leuchtmittelträger 4 mit den elektrischen Komponenten vorkonfektioniert und anschließend mit dem rein mechanischen Bauteil des Anschlussstückes 5 verbunden werden kann. Vorzugsweise handelt es sich bei den Leuchtmitteln 6 um LEDs, die auf einer Platine 7 befestigt und mit einer elektrischen Zuleitung 8 verbunden sind. Diese Leuchtmittel 6 sind an dem Leuchtmittelträger 4 vorzugsweise zentral festgelegt, beispielsweise indem sie durch entsprechende Öffnungen des Leuchtmittelträgers 4 von unten hindurch gesteckt sind. Übergänge, Schaltungen und Lötstellen oder dergleichen können von einer Vergussmasse 9 geschützt umgeben sein, die gleichzeitig die Leuchtmittel 6 an dem Leuchtmittelträger 4 festhalten kann. Der Leuchtmittelträger 4 kann mit dem Anschlussstück 5 verbunden sein. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform geschieht dies über eine Rastverbindung, bei der ein flanschartiger Vorsprung 41 des Leuchtmittelträgers 4 entsprechend im Anschlussstück 5 ausgebildete Rastnocken 51 rastend untergreift. Die Verbindung kann jedoch auch auf andere Art und Weise bewirkt werden. Das als Düsenkopf ausgebildete Abdeckelement 11 umgibt den Leuchtmittelträger 4 und damit den oberen Teil des Grundkörpers. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Produkten ist daher für die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung auch nur eine einfache Durchbohrung der Quellsteine 1 nötig, da der Düsenkopf weder aus optischen Gründen, noch zum Schutz der Leuchtmittel versenkt werden muss.
