- A hair removal device, comprising a trimmer (4), the trimmer (4) having at least two cutting elements (7, 8) that can be driven relative to one another and each have rows of teeth, and further comprising at least one wet-shaving unit (21) that has at least one sharp-edged razor blade (22), characterized in that the wet-shaving unit (21) is disposed on a supporting element (19) guided movably on the housing (1), the supporting element being adjustable into at least two different positions by a corresponding switching movement by the user, wherein the first position is a storage position of the wet-shaving unit and the second position enables simultaneous hair removal by the trimmer (4), leading in the direction of use (P), and the trailing wet-shaving unit (21).
- The device according to claim 1, wherein in the storage position the razor blade (22) is shielded from accidental skin contact.
- The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the supporting element (19) is slidably guided on the housing (1).
- A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the supporting element (19) is pivotably mounted on the housing.
- A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the trimmer (4) is fixed in place on the housing (1).
- A device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the trimmer (4) is floatingly mounted on the housing (1).
- A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tips of the teeth of the rows of teeth are aligned in substantially the same direction as the edge of the at least one razor blade (22).
- A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wet-shaving unit (21) is pivotably and/or floatingly mounted on the supporting element (19).
- A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wet-shaving unit (21) has a plurality of razor blades (22).
- A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the housing (1) has an affixing means for a spacer comb (25) that is assigned to the trimmer (4).
- A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wet-shaving unit (21) can be covered by a spacer comb (25).
