Description

Das Anwendungsgebiet der vorliegenden Vorrichtung betrifft den Bereich der Lager- und Verteilsysteme sowie Lagertechniken für StückgüterThe invention relates to a two-part flat pallet as cargo carriers for handling and storage of general cargo, loaded in each case one or more cargo on the flat pallet and transported with the flat pallet and / or parked. The field of application of the present device relates to the field of storage and distribution systems as well as storage techniques for piece goods

When storing piece goods different storage concepts are used. For example, piece goods are delivered on disposable pallets or other packaging materials and reloaded on flat pallets. The filled flat pallets are then transported by conveyor to the storage area and parked there. When delivering the piece goods they come from the warehouse on the flat pallet to the transfer station and are there manually reloaded or loaded from the flat pallet. For industrial pallets with dimensions of about 1 mx 1.2 m, the problem arises that the manual unloading and loading of the pallets is very tiring and labor-intensive. The piece goods must be lifted from a distance of over one meter from the pallet or placed on it. For larger piece goods with a correspondingly greater weight, this is partly unreasonable for the loaders.

In the publication W02007 / 124530-A1 discloses a container with a base that can be used as a palette. This palette is composed of several identical modules. The modules have on the four side edges dovetail-like fasteners, which consist of tines and their complementary recesses. In this case, a plurality of wedge-shaped vertically bevelled prongs are each arranged on one side of the module. The associated recesses for receiving the prongs are arranged on the opposite side edge of the module. Two interconnected modules thus result in a two-part pallet, but because of the dovetail-like connection are rigidly and non-positively connected. A mutually pivoting or tilting of the assembled modules is therefore not possible. Due to the beveled tines, the modules can only be assembled vertically in one direction and are not easily detachable. In addition, a composite of two modules range on the outer edges of the protruding tines. For use for transporting piece goods on a conveyor this multi-part pallet is not suitable because it is firstly not easily assembled from two modules during loading or separable during unloading during loading, and secondly projecting the tines on the side edges of the pallet. During transport on the conveyor, the tines could easily hang along the conveying path, thus hindering the transport flow.

Zum Stand der Technik gehört ausserdem WO 92/01607 A1 .The state of the art also includes WO 92/01607 A1 ,

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a flat pallet of the type mentioned of two identical plates which are separably connected to each other, which allows easy unloading and loading, and the individual plates of the flat pallet are simple and easy to assemble and separate.

This object is achieved by a flat pallet with the features of claim 1.

A significant advantage of the invention is that the two-piece flat pallet is easier to load and unload with less physical effort, and the individual plates of the flat pallet are easier to handle. The fact that the flat pallet is composed of two identical plates simplifies their manufacture and saves manufacturing costs.

Further advantages of the invention follow from the dependent claims and from the following description, in which the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the embodiment shown in the schematic drawings.

The inventive two-piece flat pallet 1 consists of two identical plates 2, which are connected and held separable with coupling means 3,30. The FIG. 1 shows an example embodiment of such a plate 2 in a perspective view seen from above. The plate 2 has a rectangular shape with slightly rounded corners and a size of 1016 mm x 610 mm and a thickness of 40 mm. Advantageously, the plates are made of HDPE (high density polyethylene) plastic and have a substantially flat surface 8. To increase the stability of the bottom of the plate 2 is ribbed and reinforced with steel tubes, which is based on the FIG. 5 is explained in more detail. On a longitudinal side 4, the coupling means are 3.30 with the handle elements 3a, 30a and the handle receivers 3b, 30b to recognize the function of the FIG. 4 is described. The coupling means 3,30 are arranged on the longitudinal side 4 so that the distance of the grip element 3a, 30a from the first transverse side 7 of the plate 2 corresponds to the distance of the handle receptacle 3b, 30b from the second transverse side of the plate 2. Now, if a plate 2 is rotated by 180 ° relative to the second plate 2, so that the coupling means 3,30 of the two plates 2 are directed against each other, then each comes a handle element 3a, 30a of a plate exactly opposite a handle receptacle 3b, 30b of the second Plate 2 to lie. The shape of the handle receptacles 3b, 30b are complementary to the grip elements 3a, 30a, so that the grip elements 3a, 30a can be inserted accurately into the grip receptacles 3b, 30b. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the grip elements 3a, 30a and the handle receivers 3b, 30b have a trapezoidal shape. However, other forms for the design of the coupling means are conceivable. At the ends of the opposite longitudinal side 6 and centrally on the transverse sides 7 recesses 5 are provided in the ribbing 12, which serve as handles. The arranged on the surface 8 of the plate 2 button-like knobs 9 engage in stacking the plates. 2 in recesses 11 on the underside of an overlying plate 2 and prevent the shifting stacked plates 2. The recesses 11 may also be formed by the screening of the ribbing. In the middle of the plate 2 openings are provided as gripping holes 10 for the mechanical displacement of the plates 2. A robot can detect the plates 2 at the gripping holes 10, for example, stack or supply to a cleaning system.

The FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the two-part flat pallet 1 seen from above. The two plates 2 are directed with their longitudinal sides 4 with the coupling means 3,30 against each other and held together by means of the handle members 3a, 30a and the receiving elements 3b, 30b of the respective opposite plate 2. This means that the grip elements 3a, 30a of the first plate 2 engage in the receiving elements 3b, 30b of the second plate 2 and grip elements 3a, 30a of the second plate 2 engage in the receiving elements 3b, 30b of the first plate 2. As a result, the two plates are second hinged together. By tilting, ie by pivoting one of the plates 2 by an angle> 25 ° about the common imaginary pivot axis A, which extends along the longitudinal side 4, the two plates 2 are decoupled. Likewise, two plates 2 can be coupled by the two longitudinal sides 4 are brought together with the coupling means 3,30, and the two plates 2 are pivoted at an angle of> 25 °. As soon as the pivoting angle is reduced, the grip elements 3a, 30a in the receiving elements 3b, 30b of the opposite plate 2 hang and the two plates 2 are hinged together and releasably connected to each other again. This hinge-like connection also proves to be an advantage when transporting the flat pallet 1 on a conveyor system relative to a rigid industrial pallet, since it can compensate for transitions at different gradients along the conveying path.

In the FIG. 3 two plates 2 stacked one above the other are shown in a perspective view. Due to the nubs 9 slip on the one hand the stacked plates not, and on the other hand, the knobs 9 also act centering, so that the plates are stacked exactly superimposed.

The FIG. 4 shows a partial view of two plates 2 in the region of the coupling means 3, wherein the plates 2 are cut open. Evident is the grip element 3a of the plate section of the first plate 2 shown on the left in the figure and the handle receptacle 3b of the plate section of the second plate 2 shown on the right. The grip element 3a acts similarly to a hook which engages in the receiving element 3b. The receiving element 3b is formed by the parallel to the longitudinal side 4 extending groove in the ribbing 12 of the underside of the plate 2. The left plate is slightly tilted up, so that the grip element 3a does not yet fully engage in the receiving element 3b. When lowering the left plate 2, the handle member moves upwards and engages in the receiving element 3b. Due to the conical or trapezoidal shape of the grip elements 3a, 30a and the corresponding receiving elements 3b, 30b center the two plates 2 as soon as they are folded and both come to lie approximately in a plane. The two longitudinal sides 4 come to lie close to each other, so that the two plates 2 are still vertically pivotable in the horizontal position, but not rotatable in the horizontal plane. Thus, the plates 2 with the hinge-like connection of the handle elements 3a, 30a and the associated receiving elements 3b, 30b, a two-part pallet 1. Next, a groove 13 can be seen in the figure, which is parallel to the longitudinal side 4 and for receiving a tube such Example of a steel pipe is determined. The steel tube reinforces the plate 2 and increases its carrying capacity. In the FIG. 4 the steel pipe is not yet used. In the finished state of the plate 2 with a pickled steel tube, the channel 13 is covered with a plate and the plate welded to the edge 14 of the channel 13. For this purpose, the flanks 14 of the channel 13 and the adjacent webs of the ribbing 12 are slightly shorter than the rest of the ribbing 12. At the bottom of each plate 2, two such grooves 13 are provided for receiving a steel pipe.

In the FIG. 5 two juxtaposed plates 2 of the pallet 1 are shown as seen from below. The coupling means, namely the gripping elements 3a, 30a and the receiving elements 3b, 30b, can be seen with the coupling centers respectively corresponding on the opposite plate 2. The underside of the plate 2 is ribbed, which gives the plate the required stability. In each plate two grooves 13 are provided for receiving a steel pipe, which also contribute to the stability and reinforcement of the plate 2. The round recesses 11 in the ribbing 12 are used in stacking the plates 2 receiving the nubs 10 of an underlying plate 2. The recesses 5 on the transverse sides 7 of the plate 2 form handles 5 for easier handling of the plates 2. In the middle of the plates 2, the undersides of the gripping holes 10 can be seen.

To load the flat pallet 1 according to the invention, a first plate 2 is first placed on the loading station and loaded at the loading station. Subsequently, a second plate 2 is mounted and loaded in the lying on the conveyor plate 2. To unload such a flat pallet 1, the procedure is reversed. First, the front plate 2 is unloaded, then decoupled from the second plate by tipping and removed from the conveyor. Thereafter, the second plate 2, so the second half of the flat pallet 1 is discharged. Due to the smaller width of the plates 2 compared to an industrial pallet whose loading and unloading is much easier. Since the individual plates 2 represent only half of the flat pallet 1, their weight is also only about half and thus their handling much easier and saves money.
