Zum Beladen der erfindungsgemässen Flachpalette 1 wird zunächst eine erste Platte 2 an der Ladestation auf die Förderanlage gelegt und beladen. Anschliessend wird eine zweite Platte 2 in die auf der Förderanlage liegende Platte 2 eingehängt und beladen. Zum Entladen einer solchen Flachpalette 1 wird umgekehrt vorgegangen. Erst wird die vordere Platte 2 entladen, dann von der zweiten Platte durch Hochkippen entkoppelt und von der Förderanlage entfernt. Danach wird die zweite Platte 2, also die zweite Hälfte der Flachpalette 1 entladen. Durch die geringere Breite der Platten 2 gegenüber einer Industriepalette wird deren Be- und Entladung wesentlich vereinfacht. Da die einzelnen Platten 2 nur die Hälfte der Flachpalette 1 darstellen, ist deren Geweicht auch nur etwa die Hälfte und damit deren Handhabung wesentlich einfacher und kräftesparend.To load the
Claims (8)
- A flat palette (1) as a piece good carrier for handling and storing piece goods, consisting of identical plates (2), having coupling means (3, 30) arranged on one longitudinal side (4), the coupling means (3, 30) having a handle element (3a, 30a) and a receptacle element (3b, 30b) complementary to the handle element (3a, 30a), and the coupling means (3, 30) being arranged on the longitudinal side (4) of the plate (2) such that the spacing of the handle element (3a, 30a) from the first transverse side (7) of the plate (2) corresponds to the spacing of the receptacle element (3b, 30b) from the second transverse side (7) of the plate (2), each plate (2) having at least one handle element (3a, 30a) and one receptacle element (3b, 30b), characterized in that
the handle element (3a, 30a) is implemented as hooked, protruding from the longitudinal side of the plate, and the receptacle element (3b, 30b) is formed by a groove extending parallel to the longitudinal side (4) having a rib provided close to the longitudinal side (4), the handle element (3a, 30a) engaging behind the rib when the longitudinal sides (4) of the plates (2) are opposite to one another and at an angle which is less than a predetermined angle, which is defined by the height of the rib and the spacing of the rib from the longitudinal side (4), in order to couple the two plates (2), and the handle element (3a, 30a) disengaging from the receptacle element (3b, 30b) at an angle which is greater than the predetermined angle, in order to decouple the two plates (2). - The flat palette (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the plate (2) has two grip elements (3a, 30a) and two receptacle elements (3b, 30b), which are complementary to the grip elements (3a, 30a), on the longitudinal side (4).
- The flat palette (1) according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the predetermined angle, which is defined by the height of the rib and the spacing of the rib from the longitudinal side (4), is 25°.
- The flat palette (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the plate (2) has ribbing (12) to increase the stability on its lower side, the webs of the ribbing (12) having a maximum spacing of 60 mm to one another.
- The flat palette (1) according to Claim 4, characterized in that the plate (2) has two channels (13) on its lower side, which are provided to receive a steel pipe.
- The flat palette (1) according to Claim 4 or 5, characterized in that at least two nubs (9) are provided on the surface of the plate (2), which are arranged such that they engage in recesses (11) in the ribbing (12) of a plate (2) stacked on top.
- The flat palette (1) according to one of Claims 4 to 6, characterized in that recesses (5) are provided in the ribbing (12) on the transverse sides (7) of the plate (2), which form a handle (5) with the surface of the plate (2).
- The flat palette (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one passage is provided in the surface of the plate (2), which forms a finger hole (10).
