Claims (8)
- A cartridge (100) for a mixing apparatus for spraying a solvent, especially water, in which an additive in the form of a liquid concentrate such as pesticide is mixed, comprising- an outside cartridge housing (110);- a pressure-sensitive inner container for receiving the liquid concentrate;- a mixing chamber (126) with a first outlet opening for the concentrate, an inlet opening for the solvent and a second outlet opening for the concentrate/solvent mixture, with the pressure-sensitive inner container being arranged in such a way that volume of the pressure-sensitive inner container substantially decreases to the extent in which the additive is removed from the inner container, a connecting section with which the cartridge can be connected to a mixing apparatus, characterized in that the connecting section comprises the mixing chamber (126) and a receiving socket (124), with the inner container being arranged as a rubber bellows (150) and the receiving socket (124) being connected with the rubber bellows (150) by a shrink-fitted clamping ring (152) in a pressure- and liquid-tight manner, and with the rubber bellows (150) having a bulge (153) and the bulge (153) being drawn upwardly beyond the clamping ring (152).
- A cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the outside cartridge housing is arranged to be transparent.
- A cartridge according to one of the claims 1 to 2, wherein the connecting section is arranged to be transparent.
- A cartridge according to one of the claims 1 to 3, wherein the inlet opening for the solvent has a diameter and the diameter lies in the range of 1 mm to 3 mm, preferably 1.2 mm to 2.5 mm, especially more preferably 1.4 to 1.9 mm.
- A cartridge according to one of the claims 1 to 4, wherein the first outlet opening for the concentrate has a nozzle diameter which lies in the range of 0.1 mm to 2 mm, preferably 0.1 mm to 1 mm, especially preferably 0.1 to 0.3 mm, especially more preferably 0.15 mm to 0.3 mm.
- A mixing apparatus especially for a hand-operated apparatus for spraying water, in which an additive is mixed in the form of fluid concentrate, especially a pesticide, comprising a cartridge according to one of the claims 1 to 5, with the cartridge having the mixing chamber (126).
- An apparatus, especially a hand-operated apparatus for spraying water, in which an additive is mixed in the form of a liquid concentrate such as a pesticide, consisting of a dispensing device, especially a spray pipe with a spray nozzle and a compressed-water connection, with a mixing apparatus according to claim 6 being arranged between the compressed-water connection and the dispensing device.
- A method for mounting a rubber bellows (150) on a cartridge of a mixing apparatus for spraying a solvent with a receiving socket (124) according to one of the claims 1 to 5, comprising the following steps:- inserting the rubber bellows (150) in a pre-mounted state in the receiving socket (124), with the rubber bellows (150) having a bulge (153) which protrudes beyond a clamping ring (152), and- hot shrink-fitting of the clamping ring (152) after the insertion, so that a tight seat of rubber bellows (150) and receiving socket (124) is achieved.
