Definitions
- the invention relates to a blank according to the preamble of claim 1 and a packaging unit according to the preamble of claim 13.
- Blanks of this type and bottle carriers made therefrom are used for packaging made of glass or plastic, closure elements in the form of bottle caps, screw caps, buckles or the like. Beverage bottles.
- the bottle carriers made from the blanks are known as so-called wrap-around packages which have a bottom part, two upstanding side parts and a top part, and tightly envelop a formation of bottles arranged in at least one row.
- they can z. B. be designed so that they release the entire neck area of the bottles (eg. US 3,519,127 ; EP 1 829 792 A1 ) or only the closure elements project beyond the ceiling parts (eg. US 4,533,047 ).
- bottle carriers known as so-called six-packs are particularly well-known and popular (eg.
- bottles also referred to as a bottle carrier bottle serve in the vast majority of possible constructions only two provided in the ceiling parts, intended for insertion of the finger holes filled in the unused condition of hereinafter referred to as the main carrying handle tabs tabs are that need to be pushed inward during use.
- these holes are arranged and designed to automatically alert consumers to the exclusivity of their purpose and thereby not mistakenly use other parts of the bottle carrier for lifting and carrying.
- the blanks designed in this way and the bottle carriers produced therefrom have been perfected by suitable choice of the cardboard material with a grammage of about 400 g / m 2 and a thickness of 0.5 mm to 1 mm in such a way that they have a high tear resistance, a high tear resistance
- flexural rigidity and moisture-repellent properties and thereby also ensure a high level of safety during handling and during transport, ie in particular a high carrying stability. This is especially true for the so-called six-packs for 2x3 bottles with 0.33 1 or 0.5 1 content.
- Such bottle carriers therefore comply with all EU product liability and general consumer protection requirements for products placed on the market in primary packaging.
- packaging units are also known in this context, which instead of conventional Gefacherithsten so-called PinolenkITAen (eg. EP 0 436 968 B1 ), which have the advantage that they can accommodate both the bottle carrier stocked with bottles as well as individual bottles and thus in particular returned, isolated empties.
- the bottle carriers have for this purpose so-called quill openings in their bottoms on, in which the sleeves enter when inserting the bottle carrier in the PinolenkITAen.
- packaging units are further known that made of plastic, flat, tray-like containers or trays that allow both the transport of containers as well as individual bottles and bring with it the additional advantage that a variety of such , stacked with containers or bottles stackable trays and then can be placed on Euro pallets.
- Such trays exist so far in two variants.
- the trays of a first known type have on their upper side known from the Pinolenkifen ago, projecting from the ground quills, which can cooperate with formed in the bottle carriers quill openings and thereby hold the container in a predetermined position on the trays.
- the sleeves are suitable for securely positioning individually filled bottles or bottles that are returned to the trays as empties.
- the stacking is made possible by the fact that in the bottom of the trays for receiving necks suitable recesses are incorporated so that the trays can be placed either flat on the ceiling parts of containers without damaging the bottle carrier, or when placed on a bottle formation the top Ends of the bottle necks enter the recesses, whereby the beverage bottles are centered and held in position.
- the trays of a second known type on the one hand on its upper sides are designed so that a preselected number of containers are placed on these can, on the other hand provided with receptacles for the free ends of the bottlenecks.
- the undersides of these trays have on the one hand shelves for the beverage bottles, on the other hand downwardly projecting centering. Therefore, if the tops of the trays are facing up, then they can be stacked on them, which are then held in place by the centering pins in the bottom of the next higher tray in the stack.
- the trays of the second type are thus used in a first position for transporting containers formed from bottle carriers and bottles and in a rotated by 180 ° second layer for transporting individual bottles, in particular for the transport of empties.
- the invention has the object, the blanks and the packaging units of the genera initially described in such a way that they can be used in particular in conjunction with the trays of the second kind and guarantee both a safe transport of individual containers and a allow secure stacking of a plurality of containers equipped with trays.
- the arrangement should preferably be made so that the bottle carrier produced from the blanks used both in combination with the trays of the first kind and with the trays of the second kind can be used so they can be used regardless of which trays are currently available in any point of sale.
- the invention has the advantage that in the ceiling parts of the blanks and the bottle carrier made from them no separate, for receiving the centering certain openings need to be provided more. Due to the arrangement of the main carrying handle in the opening carrying handle bottles is rather achieved that when opening the container in a tray using the centering automatically the opening-carrying handles are pressed, while manually pressed transport the main or the opening carrying handle bottles can be used to create the required finger openings. The combination of the two types of carrying handle bottles also makes it possible to design the blanks in such a way that the finished bottle carriers have a high carrying stability. Finally, it is advantageous that the bottom parts of the blanks can be provided with quill openings as before, so that the containers produced with the bottle carriers according to the invention can optionally be arranged in trays with quills or in trays with centering pins.
- Fig. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a one-piece blank 1 according to the invention for producing a wrap-around packaging for beverage bottles 26 (FIG. Fig. 4 ) with bottle caps.
- the blank 1 is in Fig. 1 . 1a and 1b shown in a flat, unfolded state, ie substantially as it comes from a corresponding punching device during manufacture.
- Fig. 1a and 1b In addition, those parts that are removed by punching when breaking punched, hatched.
- a kraft carton or the like is preferably used having a grammage which, depending on the number and weight of the beverage bottles 26 to be packaged, Fig. 4 ) z. B.
- Fig. 1 and 1a show the blank consists of a base member having a substantially rectangular outer contour, which is formed by two long, mutually parallel side edges 7, 7a and two perpendicular thereto, short side edges 8, 8a.
- the primitive is according to Fig. 1 divided into a plurality of segments and in particular includes a middle ceiling part 2, each one right and left adjoining thereto, first side panel section 3, 3a hinged thereto, second right / left side panel sections 4 and 4a, wherein the side panel sections. 3 , 4 and 3a, 4a each form a side part, furthermore with right / left bottom part slopes 5, 5a and with right / left bottom part sections 6 and 6a, which form a bottom part with the bottom part slopes 5, 5a, wherein in the bottom part section 6 sleeve holes 11 , 11a, ie punched out, so-called quill through-holes are formed. All these parts have substantially rectangular peripheral contours and are in the direction of a longitudinal axis x ( Fig. 1 ) are juxtaposed so that their long sides are substantially perpendicular and their short sides are substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis x.
- the parts 2 to 6a are separated from each other by imaginary folding lines extending substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis x, which in order to facilitate the necessary folding operations in the production of a wrap-around packaging in the form of a bottle carrier 1a (FIGS. Fig. 3 and 4 ) are already applied when punching and od depending on expediency from stamping lines, bending lines, punched contour lines, combined creasing / cutting lines.
- imaginary folding lines extending substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis x
- a first right / left fold line 12 and 12a, between the adjacent first and the second side panel sections 3, 3a and 4, 4a each have a further right between the top part 2 and adjacent thereto side panel sections 3, 3a / left fold line 13 and 13a, between the side panel sections 4, 4a and the right / left bottom panel bevels 5, 5a depending on a further fold line 14, 14a and between the bottom part slopes 5, 5a and the right / left bottom sections 6, 6a each a right / left bottom fold line 15, 15a is provided.
- the top part 2 and the hinged side part sections 3, 3a have right / left bottle stopper punches 9, 9a spaced transversely to the longitudinal axis Position of the beverage bottles 26 in a finished container 37 ( Fig. 3 and 4 ) as well as serve during the folding operations of the blank 1 around the beverage bottles in the manufacture of the bottle carrier 1a.
- the same positioning function has right / left bottle bottom punch-outs 10, 10a in the right / left bottom part slopes 5, 5a and the right / left bottom part sections 6, 6a.
- the preparation of a bottle carrier 1a by means of the blank 1 is effected in that the blank 1 by means of the fold lines around a here consisting of six beverage bottles 26 2 x 3 formation ( Fig. 3 and 4 ) is folded around to obtain the container 37 consisting of the bottle carrier 1a and the bottle formation.
- the closure elements 27 partially enter into the punched-out portions 9, 9a and the bottle bottoms are partially inserted into the punched-out portions 10, 10a, whereby a sufficiently stable wrap-around packaging is obtained.
- the preferably mechanical production of the container 37 also takes place in that a hot glue layer is applied to one of the bottom part sections 6, 6a and the bottom part sections 6, 6a are then pulled together overlapping and held until the curing of the hot glue so that the beverage bottles 26 tightly enveloping, off Fig. 3 and 4 to obtain apparent bottle carrier 1a.
- This is designed in the embodiment so that its front sides are open, while its ceiling, side and bottom parts completely envelop the bottle formation.
- Blanks 1 and bottle carriers 1a of the type described are known in various configurations (eg. GB 2 202 825 A . US 4,437,606 . EP 1 334 043 B1 ) and therefore need not be explained in more detail to the person skilled in the art.
- Essential functional elements of the blank 1 and bottle carrier 1a according to the invention are provided in the cover part 2 means that allow the lifting and transporting the bottle carrier 1a and the container 37, which when using 2 x 3 beverage bottles 26 with 0.5 1 content up to 5.5 kg can be heavy.
- a prerequisite for such bottle carrier 1a is that tearing in the ceiling area when lifting and transporting is safely avoided.
- main carrying handle 20, 20a ( Fig. 1 ) are provided, which are arranged in a central portion of the ceiling part 2 and symmetrically on both sides of the longitudinal axis x.
- the main handle tabs 20, 20a have at a distance from the longitudinal axis x arranged and parallel to this extending fold lines 19, 19a, one of whose ends depending on the side of the long Side edges 7, 7a of the blank 1 arranged cut line 25, 25a (FIG. Fig. 1b and 2 ) emanates, which is formed semi-circular in the rule as in the embodiment.
- the main carrying handles 20, 20a are therefore separated from the ceiling part 2 by the cutting lines 25, 25a, so that they can be pivoted relative to this around the folding lines 19, 19a.
- Fig. 1b and 2 show the main carrying handle 20, 20 including the cutting lines 25, 25 a to be arranged within larger opening carrying handle 17, 17 a.
- These opening carrying handle 17, 17 a are also arranged symmetrically on both sides of the longitudinal axis x in the ceiling part 2.
- they are pivotally arranged around fold lines 19, 19a by being separated from ceiling portion 2 by means of cut lines 22, 22a emanating therefrom.
- the fold lines 19, 19a here preferably extend approximately to the fold lines 12, 12a, so that the cut lines 25, 25a correspondingly Fig.
- the cut lines 22, 22a of the opening carrying handle 17, 17a extend, starting from the fold lines 19 and 19a, first triangular or wedge-shaped towards the inside of the ceiling part 2 and in the direction of the long side edges 7 and 7a, to about the level of Ends of the circular cutting lines 25, 25a is reached, and from there initially approximately perpendicular to the long longitudinal edges 7, 7a to this until they end with a sufficient distance from the long longitudinal edges 7, 7a in each case an approximately semicircular portion extending, in particular Fig. 1b clearly shows.
- the here semicircular contour of the main carrying handle 20, 20a substantially within the triangular area of the contour of the opening carrying handle 17 and 17a, but from the ends of the main carrying handle 20, 20a from further towards the long Side edges 7, 7a extend and then end sufficiently far before this. Due to the described design of the ceiling part 2, it is possible to depress either only the main carrying handle 20, 20a or only the opening carrying handle 17, 17a or the main carrying handle 20, 20a and the opening carrying handle 17, 17a together. The meaning of these possibilities is explained below.
- the breakpoints 23, 23a are designed as predetermined breaking points.
- the main carrying handle 20, 20a by destroying the breakpoints 23 alone or by destroying the breakpoints 23a together with the opening carrying handle 17, 17a inwardly into the bottle carrier 1a according to Fig. 3 and 4 can be pressed.
- the first breakpoints 23 are formed weaker than the second breakpoints 23a.
- FIG. 1b shows, the cut lines 22, 22 a between the opening-carrying handle 17, 17 a and the cover part 2 in those areas with which they are the semicircle side edges 7, 7 a, serrated formed.
- the sections of the ceiling part 2 which adjoin the serrated sections of the cut lines 22, 22a are in the form of jagged warning strips 24, 24a (FIG. Fig. 1b and 2 ) educated.
- These warning strips 24, 24a may also be configured differently instead of jagged, in particular by attaching a signal color, a warning pictogram or the like to sections of the cover part 2 facing the cutting lines 22, 22a or else to the corresponding regions of the opening carrying handle bottles 17, 17a itself.
- the warning strips 24, 24a serve the purpose of visually indicating, in particular to the purchasers of a container 37, that detecting the bottle carrier 1a at these points is not desired, but should take place exclusively in the manner described above in that the fingers between take the fold lines 19, 19a lying portion of the ceiling part 2. This ensures that the ceiling parts 2 accidentally tear by incorrect handling when lifting and carrying away. Particularly favorable conditions in this regard arise when the two fold lines 19, 19a a distance of z. B. 40 mm to 70 mm at a distance of the side edges 7, 7a of about 200 mm.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the cover part 2 according to the invention provides for providing the areas between the long side edges 7, 7a and the warning strips 24, 24a or the ends of the opening carrying handle 17, 17a with stabilizing means which prevent tearing of the cover part 2 in FIG continue to counteract this area.
- Fig. 1b consist of these stabilizers z. - the bottom surface 36 is preferably provided on the bottom with a plurality of only partially illustrated shelves 41 for the bottoms of the beverage bottles 26.
- the edge portions 39, 40 are not like the edge portions 32, 33 with substantially straight inner surfaces, but preferably provided with a plurality of segments with correspondingly bottle shape slightly convex inner surfaces 42, which when loading the bottom surface 36 with the beverage bottles 26 at the Create outer walls and thereby support at least the bordering on the edge 38 drinks bottles 26 and hold in position.
- centering pin 43 From the bottom surface 36 of the underside also protrude centering pin 43 ( Fig. 8 and 9 ), whose heights are preferably slightly smaller than the height of the rim 38.
- the centering pins 43 are distributed on the bottom surface 36 so that they each come to lie in empty spaces, which arise from the juxtaposition of four beverage bottles 26 on the shelves 41, as in Fig. 9 is indicated for two centering pins 43a between four shelves 41.
- the centering pins 43 may also be designed so that they also come to rest on the outer walls of the beverage bottles 26 and support them when the beverage bottles 26 are parked on the shelves 41.

- Fig. 11 shows, when placing the upper tray 29 on the six containers 37 at least selected, arranged in this state on the bottom centering pin 43 of the upper tray 29 are pressed into the ceiling parts 2 of the bottle carrier 1a.
- the arrangement according to the invention is chosen so that the centering pins 43 meet those portions of the opening carrying handle 17, 17 a, according to Fig. 1b are outside the range occupied by the main carry handles 20, 20a and bounded by the warning bars 24, 24a.
- these areas in knowledge of the cross sections and positions of the centering pins 23 on the trays 29 are dimensioned so that the opening-carrying handle 17, 17 a in the Fig. 11 can be pressed down into the bottle carrier 1a in an apparent manner, until they z. B. by 70 ° about the fold lines 19, 19a ( Fig. 1b ) have been pivoted and invest with their free ends to the bottlenecks. In this state, then the lower bottom surface 36 is full on the tops of the ceiling parts 2. The pivoting of the opening carrying handle 17, 17 a takes place automatically when approaching the upper tray 29 in Fig. 11 to the container located in the lower tray 29 37 with breaking the breakpoints 23 a ( Fig.
- the opening carrying handle 17, 17 a need not be previously pivoted by the respective staff. Since the holding points 23, if present, are preferably designed to be weaker than the holding points 23 a, the main carrying-handle bottles 20, 20 a generally remain in the plane of the ceiling parts 2 during the stacking process, as a rule.
- Fig. 13 shows a plan view of six housed in a tray 29 container 37 analogous to Fig. 6 However, after the acceptance of a previously according to 10 to 12 Clearly visible here is that in the event that each container 37 are assigned two centering pins, both opening carrying handle 17, 17a pressed, the main carrying handle 20, 20a, however, are still swung.
- the centering pins 43 have, for example, heights above the bottom surface 36 of up to 25 mm and diameter of eg up to 20 mm, while the coming into contact with the centering 23 impact surfaces of the opening carrying handle 17, 17 z. B. have a size of up to 30 mm x 30 mm.
- the described centering pins 43 thus have a double function.

- Fig. 15 and 15a show a modification of the embodiment according to Fig. 1 to 14b ,
- the z. In Fig. 1b and 2 shown cutting lines 25, 25a are here replaced by only recorded boundary lines 47, so that the main carrying handle 20, 20a with the opening carrying handle 17, 17a consist of one piece and can always be pivoted only together with these.
- the desired function changes only to the extent that in cases where the containers 37 are offered without the described trays 29, always the complete opening carrying handle 17, 17 a to the folding lines 19, 19 a must be pivoted to the required finger engagement openings create.
- Fig. 16 to 20 an embodiment in which the fold lines 19, 19a extend over only a part of the width of the ceiling part 2 and therefore end in front of the fold lines 12, 12a, as in particular the enlarged view of Fig. 16b shows.
- the contours of opening carrying handle 17b, 17c to the warning strips 24, 24a may be formed substantially triangular or trapezoidal, with the largest width of these opening carrying handle 17b, 17c in turn reached at the fold lines 19, 19a becomes.
- the main carrying handle 20, 20a can also according to this variant Fig. 1 to 15a be formed and lie with their outer contours completely within the outer contours of the opening-carrying handle 17b, 17c.
- the blank 1 correspond to Fig. 16 . 16a . 16b and 17 , the bottle carrier 1a ( Fig. 18 ) and the function of the main and opening carrying handle 20, 20a, 17b, 17c those of the embodiment according to Fig. 1 to 15a , which is why in Fig. 16 to 20 the same reference numerals are used for the same parts and a further detailed description is omitted.
- Fig. 21 to 28 is different from those after Fig. 1 to 20 in that it is intended and suitable for beverage bottles 48 with closure elements 49 in the form of clip closures.
- Blanks 51 and bottle carriers 51a therefore differ from the blanks 1 and bottle carriers 1a, in particular in that they have different cover parts 52. Since the remaining parts essentially as in Fig. 1 to 20 are trained in are Fig. 21 to 27 Insofar same parts provided with the same reference numerals.
- the ceiling part 52 has in each case three openings 53, 53a in two rows, which are perpendicular to the side edges 7, 7a. These serve to accommodate mostly circular closure bodies 54 (eg. Fig. 24 ) of the closure elements 49 and therefore, like these, expediently have circular boundary lines.
- the diameters of the openings 53, 53a are preferably only slightly larger than the largest diameter of the closure heads 54.
- the openings 53, 53a are arranged as it is analogous to Fig. 1 to 20 a double row, 2 x 3 formation of the beverage bottles 48 corresponds.
- the ceiling portion 52 on the openings 53, 53 a aligned recesses 55, 55 a. These have the task of receiving temple sections of the closure elements 49 in themselves, if the blanks 51 accordingly Fig. 24 and 25 wrapped around the bottle formations to form wrap-around packaging and packages 56 and fixedly connected together at the bottom portion sections 6, 6a.

- the design and function of these carrying handles 20, 20a and 17, 17a is therefore the same as above in connection with FIG Fig. 1 to 20 has been explained in detail, so that can be dispensed with a new description of the function.
- FIGS. 26 and 27 show FIGS. 26 and 27 in that the bundles 56 can be set in the trays 29 in the same manner as the bundles 37 as above in connection with Fig. 5 to 13 is described. The only difference is that the bottom surfaces 34 and 36 of the trays 29 can hang on the closure heads 54 of the beverage bottles 48 when stacking depending on the design and application form.
- positioning means 57, 57a in the form of recesses. This makes it possible to position the containers 56 in the trays 29 in such a way that the centering pins 43 impinge exactly on their associated areas of the opening carrying handle bottles 17, 17a during stacking.
- the location of the positioning means 57, 57a is of complementary, cooperating with positioning means, for. B. corresponding projections, in the edges 30 of the trays 29 dependent.
- Corresponding positioning means can of course also on the blanks 1 of the embodiments according to Fig. 1 to 20 be attached.
- the invention is not limited to the described embodiments, which can be modified in many ways. This is initially true for the described shapes and sizes of the various opening and main carrying handle flaps 17, 17a, 17b, 17c and 20 and 20a, respectively.
- the opening-carrying handle 17, 17 a, 17 b and 17 c in the ceiling parts 2, 52 should not be made larger than is required for their function, so as not to affect the carrying stability of the bottle carrier 1 a, 51 a, in terms to the specifications of the EU product liability regulations is decisive.
- the blanks of the invention are after Fig. 1 . 16 and 21 , in particular with appropriate adaptation, for other beverage bottles 26, 48 with other upper closure elements such.
- the containers 37, 56 continue to be used by means of the sleeve holes 11, 11a in the known plastic Pinoschacken the beverage industry and transported in these to the outlets can be.
- the containers 37, 56 according to the invention can also be used with non-pivoted opening carrying handle bottles 17, 17a (FIG. Fig. 1 ) and 17b and 17c ( Fig. 16 ) are offered in the outlets, ie without od through the centering pin 43 of the trays 29. The like. Forcibly push through, since the exclusive use of the described handle grips 20, 20 a and 17, 17 a for lifting and carrying away the container 37, 56 also in the closed state remains very visually recognizable.
- the blanks 1, 51 can be provided with additional, the carrying stability further increasing means.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a blank according to the preamble of
For transporting the described, filled with bottles, also referred to as a bottle carrier bottle serve in the vast majority of possible constructions only two provided in the ceiling parts, intended for insertion of the finger holes filled in the unused condition of hereinafter referred to as the main carrying handle tabs tabs are that need to be pushed inward during use. In addition, these holes are arranged and designed to automatically alert consumers to the exclusivity of their purpose and thereby not mistakenly use other parts of the bottle carrier for lifting and carrying.
The blanks designed in this way and the bottle carriers produced therefrom have been perfected by suitable choice of the cardboard material with a grammage of about 400 g / m 2 and a thickness of 0.5 mm to 1 mm in such a way that they have a high tear resistance, a high tear resistance Have flexural rigidity and moisture-repellent properties and thereby also ensure a high level of safety during handling and during transport, ie in particular a high carrying stability. This is especially true for the so-called six-packs for 2x3 bottles with 0.33 1 or 0.5 1 content. Such bottle carriers therefore comply with all EU product liability and general consumer protection requirements for products placed on the market in primary packaging.
To avoid the disadvantages mentioned packaging units are further known that made of plastic, flat, tray-like containers or trays that allow both the transport of containers as well as individual bottles and bring with it the additional advantage that a variety of such , stacked with containers or bottles stackable trays and then can be placed on Euro pallets. Such trays exist so far in two variants.
The trays of a first known type have on their upper side known from the Pinolenkästen ago, projecting from the ground quills, which can cooperate with formed in the bottle carriers quill openings and thereby hold the container in a predetermined position on the trays. At the same time, the sleeves are suitable for securely positioning individually filled bottles or bottles that are returned to the trays as empties. The stacking is made possible by the fact that in the bottom of the trays for receiving necks suitable recesses are incorporated so that the trays can be placed either flat on the ceiling parts of containers without damaging the bottle carrier, or when placed on a bottle formation the top Ends of the bottle necks enter the recesses, whereby the beverage bottles are centered and held in position.
In contrast, the trays of a second known type on the one hand on its upper sides are designed so that a preselected number of containers are placed on these can, on the other hand provided with receptacles for the free ends of the bottlenecks. The undersides of these trays have on the one hand shelves for the beverage bottles, on the other hand downwardly projecting centering. Therefore, if the tops of the trays are facing up, then they can be stacked on them, which are then held in place by the centering pins in the bottom of the next higher tray in the stack. On the other hand, if the trays are rotated 180 ° so that their tops are facing down and their bottoms are up, then single, full or empty bottles can be placed in the trays with their necks into the now downwardly facing recesses in the stack above Trays are stirred and thereby securely positioned and held. In contrast to the trays of the first type, the trays of the second type are thus used in a first position for transporting containers formed from bottle carriers and bottles and in a rotated by 180 ° second layer for transporting individual bottles, in particular for the transport of empties. However, it is in the application of the trays of the second type required to provide the ceiling parts of the bottle carrier in addition to the main carrying handle with other suitable for receiving the centering holes. As a result, there is a risk that the ceiling parts are weakened so much that they tear during the subsequent transport of the individual containers, thereby possibly fall out of the bottle carriers bottles and / or the entire container falls unintentionally to the ground. The centering pins thus far contain comparatively small cross-sections, which is undesirable for reasons of secure stacking.
Based on this state of the art, the invention has the object, the blanks and the packaging units of the genera initially described in such a way that they can be used in particular in conjunction with the trays of the second kind and guarantee both a safe transport of individual containers and a allow secure stacking of a plurality of containers equipped with trays. In addition, the arrangement should preferably be made so that the bottle carrier produced from the blanks used both in combination with the trays of the first kind and with the trays of the second kind can be used so they can be used regardless of which trays are currently available in any point of sale.
To solve this problem, the characterizing features of
The invention has the advantage that in the ceiling parts of the blanks and the bottle carrier made from them no separate, for receiving the centering certain openings need to be provided more.
Further advantageous features of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.

Essential functional elements of the blank 1 and

If it is desired to set the
