Description

The invention is directed to a closure of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1. The lock associated with the lock comprises a latch, a latch and at least one motorized closing aid. When the flap or door is closed, the latch first enters a pre-latch position where the latch engages a latch of the latch. Then od via sensors or the like. The Zuziehhilfe effectively set, which then initiates a Zuziehphase. During this Zuziehphase the closing aid moves the latch from its Vorrastlage in a Haupastastlage where the latch falls into the Haupastast. Then the flap or door is fully closed.

Such a closure is from the DE 102 06 813 A1 known. During the closing phase, elastic seals between the flap or door and the body are compressed. But there are also spring means, which are anxious to convert the flap or door in their open position. The flap is then under tension. To open the flap, an actuator is used, which lifts the latch from its engaged position in the main catch of the case. This can happen occasionally by a so-called motor assist opening. Because of the aforementioned voltage, the flap or door suddenly jumps up, producing an unpleasant noise that interferes with it.

The invention has for its object to develop a low-cost closure of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1, which allows a comfortable, gentle opening of the flap or door. This is inventively achieved by the measures mentioned in claim 1, which have the following special significance.

The invention makes use of a closing aid which serves for closing the door or flap and gives it a new function, namely to be effective even when opening the flap or the door and to open it in a comfortable manner. An already existing component, namely the closing aid, gains a double function by the invention. The first, ordinary function of the closing aid consists, as I said, in a Zuziehphase the latch from the Vorrastlage in the case in a Haupastastlage to convict. The second, new function of the closing aid is used to move the trap in a gentle manner towards its open position in the opposite direction to the previous closing phase. The motor of the closing aid is then effective against the tension of the flap or door. The return movement can be very precisely controlled by sensors and corresponding electronic software, which is inexpensive and space-saving. The motorized provision of the trap on the effective in the opposite direction Zuziehhilfe disturbing opening noise are avoided. The forces on the seals and springs are only slowly released in the reset phase of the closing aid. It takes place on the catch and the engaging there closing part a controlled opening movement of the flap or door instead.

The lock 12 is located in the present case on a tailgate of a vehicle, of which in the Fig. 1 to 6 only a portion 18 is shown. In all figures, the housing of the lock 12 is shown open, which is why the following lock parts can be seen.

First, there is a pawl 20, which in open flap 18 in the by the auxiliary line 20.1 in Fig. 1 illustrated ready position, where it is supported with a locking lug 27 on the circumference of a case 15. The pawl 20 is pivotally mounted on an axis 26 in the lock housing. Another lock part is a case 15, which is rotatably mounted on an axle 14 and has a suitable circumferential profiling, namely both a preliminary catch 16 and a main catch 17. By acting in the present case own spring load 19 and a rotation stop not shown in detail the trap 15 in its by the auxiliary line 15.1 in Fig. 1 illustrated open position.

A lock part 10 associated with the lock 12 is designed here as a striker and is seated on the body of the vehicle, of which only a section 38 is shown.

When closing the tailgate 18 in the direction of the arrow 39 moves, starting from Fig. 1 , the striker 10 with its front leg 11 in a receptacle 13 of the case 15 and moves it to the out Fig. 2 apparent and illustrated with the auxiliary line 15.2 Vorrastlage.

The Vorrastlage 15.2 of the case 15 is od of sensors. The like. Monitors, which sets a schematically illustrated in FIGS. Zuziehhilfe 60 effectively. The closing aid 40 is connected via a transmission, eg rods 43, 44, to a motor 41, wherein a clutch 42 may occasionally be arranged between the transmission 43, 44. To illustrate the effectiveness and ineffectiveness of the coupling 42, this is designed as a slide guide 47 with a sliding block 48 guided therein. The sliding block 48 is seated at the end of the first gear rod 43, whose inner end is articulated at 24 on the gate 15. At the exit point of the gear rod 43, the link guide 47 has an inner stop 49 for the sliding block 48. In the open position 15.1 of the case, the transmission 43, 44 is relaxed. In the open position 15.1 of Fig. 1 the clutch 42 is ineffective. Is in Fig. 1 illustrated by the fact that the sliding block 48 is at a distance from its inner stop 49 on the slide guide 47. This position of the sliding block 48 is marked with an auxiliary line 48.1 and thus characterizes an "ineffectiveness" of the clutch 42. The transmission 43, 44 is then relieved and the closing aid 40 is in a relaxed neutral position. Relative to the clutch 42 is a "uncoupling" before.

If the Vorrastlage 15.2 of Fig. 2 is reached, sensors and control means turn on the motor 41. The motor 41 first moves the second gear rod 44 in the direction of the arrow 45 of Fig. 2 , whereby the clutch 42 is set effectively. The effectiveness of the coupling 42 is in Fig. 2 illustrated by an investment of the sliding block 48 on the inner stop 49. This situation is in Fig. 2 characterized by an auxiliary line 48.1 on the sliding block 48 relative to the inner stop 49. The line 48.1 thus characterizes the "effectiveness" of the coupling 42. Because of the effective coupling 42, the closing movement 45 of the gear rod 44 is transferred into a corresponding closing movement of the sliding block 48 belonging to the first gear rod 43. As a result, the case 15 against its spring load 19 up to the Fig. 3 turned evident position, which is marked by an auxiliary line 15.3. It finds a "Zuziehphase" of Zuziehhilfe 40 instead. Gaskets between the body 38 and the flap 18 are compressed. This spamming work is done by the motor 41 of the closing aid 40. Then falls the pawl 20 with its locking lug 27 behind the main catch 18 of the pawl. The striker 10 has reached its end position in the lock 12. In Fig. 3 is the tailgate 18 in its full Zuklapplage. This is determined by sensors that engage the lock members and / or on the flap 18. The sensors report this to an electrical control unit, which initially stops the motor 41 due to its electrical control program. This border situation is in Fig. 3 illustrated. As shown in the auxiliary line 48.2, the clutch 42 is still effective.

As Fig. 4 shows, but is the voltage setting 48.2 of Fig. 3 not permanent; from its control program, the motor 41 is a part in the sense of the movement arrow 22 of Fig. 4 moved back a bit. Because of the gate control in the region of the clutch 42 but only the motor-side gear rod 44 moves back while the fall-side gear rod 43 rests, because, as I said, in Fig. 4 the Hauptrastlage 15.3 of the case 15 is present. Because of the aforementioned relative movement of the two gear rods 43, 44 to each other, there is a relaxation in the closing aid 40; the sliding block 48 is again at a distance from its inner stop 49. In Fig. 4 is again the uncoupled by the auxiliary line 48.1 uncoupling position of the clutch 42 before. The spring forces due to the compressed seals between the tailgate 18 and the link 38, which act on the latch 15 from the striker 10, are received via the locking lug 27 of the pawl 20 and derived via the pivot axis 26.

There is an actuator not shown in detail for opening the tailgate 18, which could be formed in any known manner. Thus, the operator could be part of a so-called identification transmitter, for example an electronic key, which is in the possession of an authorized person and cooperates by means of a remote control with a receiver provided in the vehicle. Also, this actuator has dual functions in the invention. A first function of the actuator is to interact directly or indirectly with the pawl 20. The second function of the actuator is related to the present invention and consists of a Resetting phase trigger on the closing aid, which is based on the Fig. 5 and 6 will be described in more detail.

In the present embodiment, the first function of the actuator is realized by means of a motorized opening aid 30. When the actuator is effective, a further motor 31 is set effective via an electrical control, which acts via gear parts, such as a worm and a worm wheel 33, on an eccentric 32. In the present case, the worm wheel 33 and the eccentric 32 have a common axis 35. By the motor 31, the eccentric 32 in the direction of the arrow 34 of Fig. 5 turned. What happens then with the opening aid 30 is in Fig. 6 indicated.

Upon rotation 34 of the eccentric 32, the eccentric cam 36 runs with its maximum on a counter-control surface 21 on the pawl 20, which is then pivoted away from the case 15 against its spring load 29. The pawl 20 gets out of her still in Fig. 5 existing main rest position 20.3 in a release position 20.4 of Fig. 6 , In the release position 20.4 of the ratchet 27 has not only released the main catch 17 of the case 15, but is compared to the pre-rest 16 swung back so far that the pre-catch 16 in the direction of the dotted arrow 23 with certainty on the locking lug 27 can move past.

In Fig. 6 is the case 15 in a clarified by the auxiliary line 15.5 intermediate position. Compared to the full engagement position of Fig. 5 has the striker 10 in the sense of the movement arrow 51 of Fig. 6 already moved a bit relative to the castle 12. The existing between the tailgate 18 and body 38 spring action of the spring means provided there has already been relaxed somewhat. In this relaxation but also the closing aid 40 cooperates in a special way, as based on the Fig. 5 and 6 should be described. Now the above-mentioned second function of the actuator comes into play.

The second function of the actuator is that this, starting from the main latching position 35.3 of the case in Fig. 4 , also acts on the closing aid 40 and its motor 41 initially in the direction of related Fig. 2 described Moving movement continues a little further. In this case, the transmission 43, 44 in the sense of Zuziehbewegung 45 of Fig. 2 advanced. It finds one by the movement arrow 50 in Fig. 5 illustrated further movement of the transmission 43, 44 instead. It comes first to a coupling position 48.2 of the clutch 42 of Fig. 5 , In this case, a voltage between the sliding block 48 and the inner stop 49 of the slide guide 47 is constructed. This is a first change compared to the previous situation of Fig. 4 is reached.

Another deviation compared Fig. 4 is that in the further movement 50 via the transmission rods 43, 44 and the rotary latch 15 from its Hauptrastlage 15.3 of Fig. 4 against its spring load 19 is further rotated by an angle 52 and in a through the auxiliary line 15.4 in Fig. 5 clarified situation, which should be referred to as "Überhublage". How out Fig. 5 can be seen, the latch 20 is initially still in their off Fig. 3 and 4 apparent main rest position 20.3, where the pawl 28 is supported due to their spring load 29 with a support nose 28 on the circumference of the rotary latch 15. Between the locking lug 27 of the pawl 20 and the latch main catch 17 is formed from Fig. 5 apparent free gap 53. In the overload position 15.4 of Fig. 5 the spring forces of the seals od. Like., Acting between the catch 15 and the striker 10, no longer transmitted to the pawl 20, but initially taken over the gear 43, 44 of the motor 41 of the closing aid 40. The pawl 20 is load-free and therefore by means of the actuator and, in the present case, via the opening aid 30 easily in its already described release position 20.4 of Fig. 6 be transferred.

In the already described release position 20.4 of the pawl 20 in Fig. 6 But also the already mentioned special reset phase of the closing aid 40 takes place. Evidenced by the auxiliary line 48.2 in Fig. 2 illustrated voltage position of the clutch 42 is also the coupled case 15 via the transmission rods 43, 44 under a voltage. For acting on the case 15 own spring load 19 is still the spring elasticity of the seals between the tailgate 18 and the body 38 added. Then, the motor 41 of the closing aid 40 in opposition to that associated with Fig. 2 described Zuziehphase 45 effective. It finds one through the arrow 46 in FIG Fig. 6 clarified return movement of the gear 43, 44 and thus the case 15 instead.

As already mentioned, is in Fig. 6 reached an intermediate position 15.5 of the case 15. The trap 15 is then in the direction of the already mentioned arrow 22 in the direction of Fig. 1 apparent disclosure continues to turn. There is a gradual return movement 22, which is metered controlled by the motor 41 of the closing aid 40 in the direction of the arrow 46. The compressed sealing means between the tailgate 18 and the body 38 may relax slowly. The rotary latch 15 is of its spring load 19 to its open position 15.1 of Fig. 1 recycled. There is a completely silent opening of the castle 12 instead.
