characterised in that
the piece of suitability information (Q1) for the treatment agent in the first storage container (20a, 21a) is compared with the piece of suitability information (Q2) for the treatment agent in the second storage container (20b, 21b), the container (20a, 20b, 21a, 21b) for which there is a better piece of suitability information (Q1, Q2) for the selected treatment cycle then being selected. - Method for operating a dosing means (18) according to any of claims 1 or 2 or 4 or 5,
characterised in that
the piece of suitability information (Q1, Q2) for the selected storage container (20a, 20b, 21a, 21b) is displayed to the user as a suggestion, activation of the selected or not-selected storage container (20a, 20b, 21a, 21b) taking place following a confirmation action by the user. - Method for operating a dosing means (18) according to either claim 1 or claim 4,
characterised in that
a piece of suitability information (Q1, Q2) is stored in each case as a set for a treatment agent for each washing or treatment cycle that can be configured. - Method for operating a dosing means (18) according to claim 7,
characterised in that
a set of suitability information (Q1, Q2) is stored in each case for a plurality of types of treatment agents, each set being selected and pre-set for a storage container (20a, 20b, 21a, 21b) depending on the stored treatment agent. - Method for operating a dosing means (18) according to claim 8,
characterised in that
the sets of suitability information (Q1, Q2) are stored and can be selected for powdered universal detergent, powdered detergent for colours, powdered light-duty detergent, powdered detergent for wool, liquid universal detergent, liquid detergent for colours, liquid light-duty detergent or liquid detergent for wool. - Method for operating a dosing means (18) according to claim 7,
characterised in that
the suitability information (Q1, Q2) can be subsequently changed and stored. - Dosing means (18) for a washing machine (1), comprising at least one storage container (20) for receiving a treatment agent such as detergent or washing or rinsing additives, an input means for selecting and activating the treatment agent placed in the storage container (20a, 20b, 21a, 21b), a control device for implementing the method according to any of claims 1 to 10, which device is operatively connected to a control device (7) of the washing machine (1), and at least one connecting line (16, 23a, 23b) by means of which the treatment agent can be conveyed to the suds container (2) of the washing machine (1).
- Washing machine (1) comprising a suds container (2) for receiving washing liquid, and a control device (7), and comprising a dosing means (18) which is operatively connected to the control device (7) of the washing machine (1), and at least one connecting line (16, 23a, 23b) by means of which the treatment agent can be conveyed to the suds container (2) of the washing machine (1), wherein the control device (7) of the washing machine (1) implements the method for operating the dosing means (18) according to any of claims 1 to 10.
