Abstract
Gemäß der Erfindung werden
a) das Werkstück (10) in eine vorgegebene oder vorgebbare Uinfortnlage in wenigstens einen Arbeitsbereich wenigstens einer Umformmaschine zwischen zwei zugehörigen Werkzeugen (12,13) positioniert,
b) während wenigstens eines Umformschrittes die Werkzeuge der Umformmaschine relativ aufeinander zu bewegt und das Werkstück zwischen den Werkzeugen umgeformt,
c) während jedes Umformschrittes das Werkstück von wenigstens zwei Handhabungsgeräten (2,2') in seiner Umformlage festgehalten,
d) die Bewegungen und Positionen der Handhabungsgeräte von wenigstens einer Kontrolleinrichtung (43) automatisch und aufeinander abgestimmt gesteuert oder geregelt,
e) als Werkzeuge (12,13) der Umformmaschine formgebende Gesenkwerkzeuge zum gebundenen Umformen des Werkstückes vorgesehen; und
f) als Umformmaschine eine schlagende Umformmaschine, insbesondere ein Schmiedehammer oder eine Spindelpresse, oder eine Kurbelfresse vorgesehen.
According to the invention
a) the workpiece (10) in a predetermined or predefinable Uinfortnlage in at least one working area of at least one forming machine between two associated tools (12,13) positioned
b) during at least one forming step, moving the tools of the forming machine relative to each other and reshaping the workpiece between the tools,
c) during each forming step, the workpiece held by at least two handling devices (2,2 ') in its forming position,
d) the movements and positions of the handling devices are controlled or regulated automatically and coordinated with one another by at least one control device (43),
e) provided as tools (12,13) of the forming machine forming dies for bound forming of the workpiece; and
f) as a forming machine a beating forming machine, in particular a forging hammer or a screw press, or provided a Kurbelfresse.
