Die Erfindung betrifft einen Golfschlägerkopf, insbesondere Golfputterkopf, mit einer an der Vorderseite eines Schlagteils vorgesehenen Schlagfläche für einen Golfball und mit einer an der Rückseite des Schlagteils befestigten Einrichtung zum Anordnen von austauschbaren Gewichten. Der Putter wird beim Golfsport dafür benützt, den Ball auf dem Grün einzulochen bzw. zu putten. Der Putter besteht überlicherweise aus einem Putterkopf und einem Schaft mit einem Griff. Dabei sind die Einzelteile des Putters fest miteinander verbunden. Eine Massenverlagerung im Putterkopf wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Masse des Putterkopfes selbst gering und die Masse von einem oder mehreren Zusatzgewichten möglichst groß gewählt wird. Der Putterkopf selbst wird daher aus einem Material mit einem niedrigen spezifischen Gewicht, vorzugsweise Leichtmetall, hergestellt, für die Zusatzgewichte wird ein Metall mit einem höheren spezifischen Gewicht verwendet. Die Zeichnungsfiguren zeigen ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines zusammengebauten Golfputterkopfes 1, welcher einen länglichen platten- oder stabförmigen Schlagteil 2 mit einer Schlagfläche 2a an einer Längsseite aufweist. An der Oberseite des Schlagteils 2 ist eine Buchse 4 zur Aufnahme und Befestigung eines nicht dargestellten Schlägerschaftes vorgesehen. An den seitlichen Endabschnitten der der Schlagfläche 2a gegenüberliegenden Rückseite 2c des Schlagteils 2 sind Öffnungen 2d zum Einsetzen von kurzen Endabschnitten 3a zweier Bügel 3 ausgebildet. Die beiden übereinstimmend ausgeführten Bügel 3 weisen lange Mittelabschnitte 3b und weitere kurze, aber freie Endabschnitte 3c auf. Die Bügel 3 kreuzen einander im Bereich ihrer Mittelabschnitte 3b, die von den Endabschnitten 3a unter einem stumpfen Winkel abragen. Die freien Endabschnitte 3c ragen von den Mittelabschnitten 3b ebenfalls unter stumpfen Winkeln und etwa parallel zum Schlagteil 2 ab. Jeder Bügel 3 weist an seinem Mittelabschnitt 3b eine Vertiefung 3d auf, sodass die beiden Bügel 3 ohne gegenseitigen Höhenversatz kreuzend angeordnet werden können, wobei im Kreuzungsbereich keine gegenseitige Berührung der Bügel 3 erfolgt.
