Claims (9)

  1. Récipient d'emballage alimentaire (1) comprenant un plateau inférieur (3) adapté pour recevoir de la nourriture et une capsule supérieure en forme de dôme (2) pouvant être hermétiquement fermée sur le plateau inférieur (3), à la fois la capsule supérieure (2) et le plateau inférieur (3) comprenant des bords à rebord circonférentiel (6) pour l'étanchéité, caractérisé en ce que le bord à rebord (6) de la capsule supérieure (3) comprend une section de bord affaiblie (8) pouvant être inclinée pendant l'étanchéité afin de garantir le joint étanche hermétique sans effondrement sensible de la capsule en forme de dôme (2).
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la nourriture comprend une dinde entière (5) ou facultativement une partie supérieure de dinde.
  3. Récipient selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel le bord à rebord (6) du plateau inférieur (3) comprend également une section de bord affaiblie (8) pouvant être inclinée pendant l'étanchéité afin d'aider l'étanchéité du joint d'étanchéité hermétique.
  4. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le récipient comprend en outre un élément de feuille d'aluminium (4) qui est situé sur le plateau inférieur (3) et qui peut être rendu étanche entre le plateau inférieur (3) et la capsule supérieure (2), l'élément de feuille d'aluminium (4) étant adapté pour recevoir la nourriture à stocker à l'intérieur du récipient (1).
  5. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le joint d'étanchéité hermétique est effectué par emballage à une pression atmosphérique modifiée.
  6. Récipient selon la revendication 5, dans lequel un gaz d'emballage primaire pouvant être utilisé dans ledit emballage à pression atmosphérique modifiée est le dioxyde de carbone.
  7. Récipient selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le gaz d'emballage comprend de 30 à 40% de dioxyde de carbone.
  8. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le plateau inférieur (3) et la capsule supérieure (2) comprennent de plus une pluralité de nervures (11) afin de renforcer la structure du récipient (1) pendant la fermeture hermétique.
  9. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la capsule supérieure (2) et le plateau inférieur (3) sont composés d'un matériau transparent.
