Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a make-up device which is particularly suitable for the simultaneous application of make-up in several colors. Such a device can be used for example for a quick application of several make-up colors on body parts, whereby the user can symbolize an identification with a nation or a sports club.

Various solutions are known from the prior art to apply make-up with a make-up device or an applicator to the skin. Make-up is used for cosmetic reasons but also for transformation purposes in the theater or carnival events. Another disadvantage is that each color must be applied individually. Alternatively, make-up devices or applicators may also be used, which are intended for a cosmetic use. From the German utility model
DE 89 14 669 U1 an applicator is known, which serves for the application of liquid beauty, care or medicines. It consists of a wide thin piece of felt, which protrudes with the container closed to the bottom of the container and so absorbs the existing liquid there.
The wet felt can then be used to apply the liquid to the skin. Only one make-up can be applied at a time with this applicator.

Another form of applicator is disclosed in the patent DE 600 05 743 T2 described, which consists of a gripping element and an applicator member. The applicator is elastic formed so that when a pressure applied perpendicular to the application surface pressure, the profile of the application surface is changed. Again, there is the disadvantage that only one make-up can always be applied.

Furthermore, solutions are known that are intended to serve multicolored makeup on major events. From the German Utility Model DE 20 2004 001 472 U1 is a promotional known, which consists of a card that has at least one field in addition to advertising information with a water-soluble and skin-friendly color. In one embodiment, several such fields are in the national colors of a state or in club colors on the map. These are colors that have dried on the fields and are wetted by moistening, e.g. B. by moistened fingers, removed in conjunction with a slight pressure and applied by the finger on any other skin or clothing. In the fields also make-up paint can be incorporated, which is protected by an overlying tear-off film until use. The color fields are arranged at a distance from one another so that one can simultaneously remove color from several color fields with two or three fingers and apply it to the skin in parallel over or next to one another. Thus, the image of a country flag on the skin is particularly easy.

However, the described solutions for applying the paint in the fields have several disadvantages. The dried-on paint has the disadvantage that it only allows an insufficient color effect. In particular, it is sometimes difficult to apply enough liquid to moisten the dried paint. In addition, it is unpleasant for many people to handle colors in this way. Even with this solution it requires a multiple cleaning of the fingers, which is often difficult to large events. The application is quite complex, because all colors must be applied one after the other. The other solution shown, to apply make-up colors under a tear-off film on the card, has disadvantages. Only a small amount of make-up can be applied to the card this way. Therefore, only small parts of the skin can be colored. There is also the problem that the fingers are also colored because they must be used to apply the make-up. The advantage mentioned in the document of using two or three fingers at the same time to apply the make-up dye also has the disadvantage that several fingers are colored by it and then have to be cleaned.

A similar solution is disclosed in the published patent application
DE 10 2004 058 823 A1 described. This solution relates to an advertising medium with a graphically designed carrier, with substance fields attached to one side, the substances of which can be applied with a finger in the face or on body parts. In one embodiment, the substance fields are filled with a water-soluble color. Since this solution is not in this respect from the utility model DE 20 2004 001 472 U1 differs, it has the same disadvantages.

The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a make-up device with which it is possible to apply make-up in different colors at the same time on different areas of the surface to be painted. This should be a simple and fast multi-colored make-up of the skin possible without the fingers or hands are dyed. The make-up should be enough make-up can stockpile to be able to make up even larger parts of the body surface. A subtask of the invention is to apply identifying colors, in particular national colors in the arrangement of the national flag easily and quickly to the skin. The makeup device should also be easy and inexpensive to produce.

In a preferred embodiment of the make-up device according to the invention, the containers for the make-up are arranged next to one another and distribute the make-up on the surface to be made up in areas of equal size. This makes it possible, by a simple sweeping movement, to produce stripes in the given colors on the surface to be painted. For a simple construction, it is also preferable to arrange the containers of the make-up next to one another. The containers thus form a handy and easy-to-manufacture container package.

In a particular embodiment, the regions of the application surface assigned to the differently colored make-up are arranged concentrically. This makes it possible to produce multicolored, concentric circles or patterns by means of a rotating application movement. For a simple construction, it is preferable to arrange the containers of the make-up in one another. The containers thus form a handy and easy-to-manufacture container package.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the selection of the colors of the make-up and the arrangement of the associated areas of the application surface of the applicator to the colors and their arrangement in a national flag. This allows, for example, the visitors of an international sports event to make up for identification with their nation, with the help of the make-up device according to the invention.

Some national flags have no stripe-like pattern but have a concentric shape, for example a circle on a background of a different color. The applicator is preferably formed of a sponge or similar material. Since the differently colored make-up 03, 04, 06 can flow within the applicator 07 only to a limited extent in the direction of the differently colored make-up, a separate one is for each container 02 Area formed on the applicator 07. Mixing of the colors in the border areas can be effectively prevented by the introduction of impermeable parting surfaces in the applicator.
