  3. Locking device according to claim 1,
    characterised in that the electromagnet (4) holds the door or the window in the open position in the energised state, and the door or the window is able to moved from the open position into a closed position in the non-energised state of the electromagnet (4).
  4. Locking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the spring (7) is a coil spring, a band spring or a torsion spring shaft.
  5. Locking device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that the electromagnet (4) is guided into a case (6) and is able to be moved linearly against the damping means (7).
  6. Locking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the mounting section (2) is connected to the holding section (30) by a pivot (31).
  7. Locking device according to claim 6,
    characterised in that a rotation axis (35) of the pivot (31) is arranged at a 90° angle to a longitudinal axis (34) of the holding section (30).
  8. Locking device according to claim 6,
    characterised in that a rotation axis (35) of the pivot (31) is arranged at a 45° angle to the longitudinal axis (34) of the holding section (30) and at a 45° angle to the longitudinal axis (33) of the mounting section (2).
  9. Locking device according to one of claims 6 to 8,
    characterised in that the mounting section (2) is able to be fixed relative to the holding section (30) in any angle position.
