Claims (12)
- A swing door operator with a drive unit and a door closer (1), for a door having at least one door leaf, the door leaf(leaves) thereof being movable into the opening and closing directions by the door closer (1), the door closer (1) being drivable by the drive unit, which is formed as an electro-hydraulic drive unit and has a hydraulic connection block (6), a DC-motor (8), as well as a pump (7), and a mounting plate (5) carrying the door closer (1) and the electro-hydraulic drive unit, characterized in that, between the pump (7), respectively the hydraulic connection block (6) and the door closer (1), oil flows through the mounting plate (5).
- A swing door operator according to claim 1, characterized in that, for the oil flow, lines respectively channels are machined into the mounting plate (5).
- A swing door operator according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the DC-motor (8) is formed as a non-ferrous motor.
- A swing door operator according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pump (7) is configured as an internal gear pump.
- A swing door operator according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a first toothed wheel (9) is disposed at the mounting plate (5) and meshes with a second toothed wheel (10) disposed at the door closer (1).
- A swing door operator according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the two toothed wheels (9, 10) each have a cylindrical toothing.
- A swing door operator according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a piston accumulator is provided for a volume compensation of the oil.
- A swing door operator according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the door closer (1), the pump (7), the hydraulic connection block (6) and the DC-motor (8) are aligned one after the other.
- A swing door operator according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the door closer (1), the pump (7), the hydraulic connection block (6) and the DC-motor (8) are configured as individually exchangeable modules.
- A swing door operator according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an actuating lever (2), with one of its ends, is disposed at the door closer (1), and is connected to a sliding part (3), disposed at its other end, which part is movably guided in and along a slide channel (4), which slide channel (4) is installed within the door, respectively within the door frame.
- A swing door operator according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a power supply is realized through the slide channel (4) and the actuating lever (2).
- A swing door operator according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the swing door operator has a maximum width of 40 mm, a maximum height of 50 mm, and a maximum length of 500 mm.
