Description

Technisches GebietTechnical field

The invention relates to a toothbrush with magnetic elements, which, when cleaning teeth, acupuncture points in the Activate oral cavity.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

A toothbrush of the generic type is known from US Pat. No. 4,682,584 known for magnetic therapy in the oral cavity, in which a rod-shaped magnet is arranged in the brush head. It is however unclear where the poles of the magnet are and with what the magnetic field generated by it is like. In any case, it should be relatively diffuse, so that the possible activation of acupuncture points low should stay.

Die Zahnbürsten weisen jedoch durchwegs keinen Magnetpol an der Stirnseite des Bürstenkopfes auf.GB-A-2 117 230 shows toothbrushes with various Arrangements of magnetic poles on the top and on the Sides of the brush head, which the deposit of Tartar and similar incrustations on the teeth should prevent. The toothbrushes, however, consistently no magnetic pole on the front of the brush head.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The invention is based on the object Specify generic toothbrush that is for suggestion of acupuncture points in the oral cavity. This task is by the invention as in claim 1 is marked, solved. The toothbrush according to the invention comes close to the tooth cleaning itself numerous acupuncture points in the oral cavity (Oral acupuncture according to Dr. Gleditsch) so that it can relatively strong magnetic fields especially at the Front and the sides of the brush head activated become. This means that there are no side effects and no loss of time numerous energetic from the oral cavity Interference fields, as often caused by diseases of the jaw and teeth (e.g. jaw ostitis, periodontitis) as well as dental implants are evoked and affect many parts of the body (Skeleton, stomach, etc.) counteracted. Especially the toothbrush according to the invention acts on the oral Vestibular and retromolar points. Often they can Prerequisite for the effective therapy of various Complaints are created.

Another object of the invention is to provide a Specify essay with which an ordinary magnetless Toothbrush converted into a toothbrush according to the invention can be. This task is characterized by the characteristics of the Claim 10 solved. An attachment according to the invention allows the separation of the function of the magnetic elements from the Cleaning function of the rapidly wearing toothbrush, see above that it can be replaced without the Magnetic elements would also have to be replaced. He can therefore very long in an economical and environmentally friendly manner be used.

Wege zur Ausführung der ErfindungWays of Carrying Out the Invention

According to the first embodiment (FIGS. 1, 2), the Brush according to the invention on a brush head 1, on the connects a stalk 2 integral with it at the rear end and which has bristles 3 on its underside. It consists of Plastic, e.g. B. synthetic resin and is in the injection molding process manufactured. Several magnetic elements are close to the surface, but hermetically enclosed in the brush head 1 cast. They are preferably available on the market as flat cylindrical magnetic plates 4a-f formed on a One positive pole on one side and on the opposite side wear a negative pole and their field strength near the pole is between 600 and 1,500 gauss. The magnetic plates 4a-f are each just below the surface, one of them Sides facing. You therefore create one each Magnetic pole on the surface of the brush head 1. The Magnetic poles in turn generate according to their arrangement and Orientation a magnetic field in its environment.

One in the middle of the face of the brush head 1 cast magnetic plate 4a produces there (Fig. 2) front magnetic pole 5, preferably a negative pole, while cast on both sides approximately in the middle of the sides Magnetic plates 4b, c generate lateral magnetic poles 6a, b that preferably have opposite polarities. This Arrangement creates a relatively strong field in the Front area of the brush head 1 and laterally and above thereof. As a result, when cleaning teeth in essentially swept the entire oral cavity by the magnetic field and all the important acupuncture points, especially the oral ones Vestibular and retromolar points are activated. Instead of the two magnetic plates 4b, c can also be a bar magnet be cast in, which creates the two poles. Also is it is of course possible to have more than one side magnetic pole To be provided, with lateral in the front stem area Magnetic poles can lie.

To strengthen the magnetic field above the brush head 1 are on the top of the other magnetic plates 4d, e, f cast, which on the upper surface Generate magnetic poles 7a, b, c, the front of the middle of the Brush head 1 lying foremost magnetic pole 7a to that of frontal magnetic pole 5 opposite polarity has, so in the case described is a positive pole. Of the further upper magnetic poles 7b, c has behind the Center of the brush head 1 lying first one to that of foremost magnetic poles 7a of opposite polarity, is a negative pole, while the second one is already in front stalk area lying again opposite Has polarity, i.e. is a positive pole. It is possible, even more upper magnetic poles on the top of the To provide brush head 1 and the handle 2, the Alternate polarities preferably continuously. The distance between immediately successive magnetic plates from center to center is preferably about 2.54 cm, which is one inch or CUN, one Unit of length used to find acupuncture points is used. The magnetic poles on the top of the toothbrush can also be used to attach the same to a Serve closet or other facility.

A toothbrush essentially like the one described cast magnetic elements, especially magnetic plates 4a-e provided attachment 8 (Fig. 3a-c) can be used for this become an ordinary magnetless toothbrush into one to convert composite toothbrush according to the invention. The functions of cleaning and activating the Acupuncture points are thus decoupled. The toothbrush that wears out relatively quickly, can therefore as often as required to be replaced during the Magnet containing element used very long can be. This makes its use special inexpensive and environmentally friendly. In addition, the essay with different brushes, which are z. B. in hardness and Different arrangement of bristles can be used.

The attachment 8 has a cover plate 9, in which the Magnetic plates 4d, e are cast and which one in front right-angled end plate 10 with the Magnetic plate 4a carries and laterally corresponding Side plates 11a, b with the magnetic plates 4b, c. The Side plates 11a, b each carry at their lower edges an inwardly projecting locking bar 12, which the Brush head 1 '(Fig. 3c) engages under the magnetless brush and at their rear ends inward projecting locking wings 13, which to fix the attachment 8 on the same behind grasp the brush head 1 '. The attachment 8 can of the Be pushed onto the brush head 1 ', until the locking wings 13 snap in behind the same or also pressed from above until the locking strips 12 under the Engage the brush head 1 '. The attachment 8 is then removable, but reliably attached to the toothbrush. Of course, other types of fastening can also be used are used. For example, the brush head contain ferromagnetic material, so the Magnetic elements at the same time the attachment of the attachment serve it or at least support it. It is also conceivable to connect the handle with the attachment and interchangeable brush heads.

The brush head 1 of the toothbrush according to the invention can be used for Support or supplement the effect of the magnetic poles too have a certain chromotherapeutically effective color, z. B. red, stimulating and, for example, with gum loss yellow, which is neutral or also green or has an invigorating effect blue, which has a calming effect. It is of particular interest for this reason, a set of e.g. B. three brushes in different colors - such as red, yellow, green / blue, which are used depending on the desired effect or - even cheaper - a corresponding set of colored Essays, each of which one on the toothbrush that has the desired effect promises. In addition, it is also possible to use a sentence to offer essays which are arranged or Distinguish polarity of the magnetic poles. Of course you can these differences are combined with color differences.

In a toothbrush according to a further embodiment (Fig. 4) the brush head 1 is round and so on Stem attached that it is a preferably oscillating Performs rotational movement. The necessary one electric drive can be in the handle 2 or in the brush head 1 be attached. The magnetic plates 4a-f are similar to the toothbrush according to the first Embodiment appropriate, but the others Magnetic plates 4e, f both on the top of the handle 2 cast. The polarities alternate. The Spaces between successive magnetic plates can again be approx. 2.54 cm. On the sides of the stem 2 are two further magnetic plates opposite each other 4g, h attached, regarding the distance from the brush head 1 lie between the magnetic plates 4e and 4f. The driven brush head 1 not only causes an intense, partly automatic cleaning, also the effect of a Part of the magnetic field is improved because it is without special effort on the part of the user in larger areas sweeps. The brush can be one attached to the handle Have sleeve which carries the magnetic elements and in which of the brushless magnet heads can be used in this case is so that it can be easily replaced.
