  14. Device according to either of claims 12 or 13, characterised in that the sealing web (17) and/or the sealing edge (23) is provided with an additional sealing lip.
  15. Device according to one of claims 11 to 14, characterised in that the sealing web (17) is mounted on the closing part (3a) and the sealing edge (23) on the bottom part (3b) of the covering element (2).
  16. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the closing part (3a) and the bottom part (3b) of the covering element (2) end flush with one another by means of an outwardly formed collar region (7) optionally provided with a sealing lip.
  17. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the covering element (2) has as a further functioning means a pouring element (24) for the pouring of pourable packaging contents and a projection (16) on the side of the covering element (2) opposite the hinge-like section (8) for opening of the covering element (2).
  18. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the covering element (2) or the closing part (3a) respectively and the bottom part (3b) consist of a relatively hard plastics material, e.g. polypropylene, and the base element (1) or opening element (1a) respectively consist of a relatively soft plastics material, e.g. polyethylene.
  19. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the covering element (2) or the closing part (3a) is made to be exchangeable, in particular removable from the base element (1) or from the bottom part (3b) respectively.
  20. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the closing part (3a) is a simple cap or screws on or has a bayonet-type fixing.
  21. Covering element for a device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the covering element (2) may be mounted on the base element (1) in order to cover the opening (26) of the container (11), the covering element (2) having connecting means for connecting the covering element (2) to the base element (1) after mounting of the base element (1) on the container (11) and functioning means for carrying out a specifiable function, characterised in that the covering element (2) has a closing part (3a) and a bottom part (3b), the bottom part (3b) being connectable to the base element (1), and the closing part (3a) being removable at least partly from the bottom part (3b) in order to open the container (11) and being mountable on the bottom part (3b) in order to re-close the container (11).
