Rescue apparatus in the form of a carrying device for the vertical transport of a person involved in an accident in a horizontal reclining position, consisting of two belts (1, 2) respectively connected to one another at their two ends, of which the one (1) is to be placed around the upper body, the other (2) around the thighs of the person involved in an accident, and which are provided at their ends with a common coupling member (12, 13), with which they can be coupled to a lowered end of a rescue line (14), characterised in that the two belts (1, 2), In the readiness position, are disposed parallel and closely adjacent to one another and are releasably connected to one another forming a strand, in that means are provided with which the connection between the two belts (1, 2) is to be released, and in that the one end (10, 11) of the two belts (1, 2) is coupled to the coupling member (12, 13), while the other belt end is coupled to the first-mentioned end (10, 11) or the coupling member (12).
  2. Rescue apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the upper belt (1) carries two protrusions (28) between which the lower belt (2) is placed.
  3. Rescue apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the protrusions (28) can be pneumatically inflated.
  4. Rescue apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the belts (1, 2) are connected to one another by adhesive means, such as Velcro-type tapes, adhesive agent, adhesive films or the like.
  5. Rescue apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the upper belt (1) has dasps, into which the lower belt (2) is placed.
  6. Rescue apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the free end of the belt combination (1, 2) carries a hook (15) which can be hooked into one of a plurality of eyelets (16) at the other end of the belt combination.
  7. Rescue apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the one belt (2) is longer than the other (1) and in that the piece projecting over the length of the other belt (2) is folded and placed for mutual adhesion.
  8. Rescue apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that a net (27), which is attached to the belts (1, 2), is stretched between the belts (1, 2).
  9. Rescue apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that textile holders or holders fabricated from plastics material, in particular a soft plastics material, and provided on one side with a Velcro-type closure (47) and a handle (21) are attached to the upper belt (1) and encompass the lower belt (2).
  10. Rescue apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that protrusions (28) laterally provided on the upper belt (1) are provided with Velcro-type closures and handles, the upper belt (1) and its protrusions (28) encompassing the lower belt (2) and enclosing it.
  11. Rescue apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the upper belt (1) and/or the lower belt (2) are pneumatically inflatable.
  12. Rescue apparatus according to claim 11, characterised in that the one belt (1) is a carrier of a mounting for a compressed air cartridge (30) and a manually actuated filling valve for the belt (1) or protrusions (28) fastened to the belt (1).
  13. Method for rescuing a person involved in an accident comprising a carrying device for vertical transport in a horizontal reclining position, consisting of two belts (1, 2) respectively connected to one another at their two ends, of which the one (1) is to be placed around the upper body, the other (2) around the thighs of the person involved in an accident, and which are provided at their ends with a common coupling member (12) with which they can be coupled to a lowered end of a rescue line (14) with the aid of a carrying device consisting of two belts (1, 2), of which the one belt (1) is to be placed around the upper body, the other belt (2) around the thighs of the person involved in an accident, characterised in that prior to the beginning of the rescue action, the lower belt (2) is firmly, but releasably, connected to the upper belt (1), in a parallel position to form a belt combination, in that at the beginning of the rescue action, the entire belt combination is initially placed around the upper body of the person involved in an accident and the ends of the belts (1, 2) are connected to one another and fastened to the rescue line (14), in that the lower belt (2) is then released from the upper belt (1) and slid underneath the buttocks of the person to be rescued.
  14. Method according to claim 13, characterised in that a hose which can be expanded by means of compressed air is used as the upper belt (1) or the upper belt (1) is provided with a hose which can be expanded by compressed air and with which the tower belt (2) is pressed out of its fastened position on the upper belt.
  15. Method according to claim 13, characterised in that prior to the beginning of the rescue operation, the lower belt (2) is fixed to the upper belt by means of flaps provided with Velcro-type tape and handles and, once the upper belt (1) has been positioned, the flaps with their side provided with Velcro-type tape are pulled off the upper belt by means of the handles and the lower belt (2) is thereby released from the upper belt (1).
