Such a refrigeration system according to the preamble of
Refrigeration systems and cooling devices of the type mentioned are known. In particular, in refrigeration cycle systems for vehicle air conditioning Compressors used to lubricate their Proportion of oil (refrigeration oil) in a same prevailing refrigerant (Gas medium) need. Because of cost reasons, such compressors have no own oil sump or oil separator to the Keep refrigeration oil away from other refrigeration cycle components, circulate relatively high refrigeration oil content with the refrigerant through all components of the refrigeration cycle with correspondingly negative effects on the achievable Cooling capacity or on the cooling capacity.
Furthermore, it is known, an oil separator in a hot gas line between a compressor and a condenser of a refrigeration cycle system integrate. Such external oil separators are relatively large and expensive and usually have a relatively high basic charge with refrigeration oil for controlling the flow of cold oil by means of a float valve. there These oil separators to a relatively high degree of separation designed by over 95%.
It is also known to use an oil separator in a compressor with oil sump to integrate. However, this leads to an undesirable enlargement the housing dimensions and the masses of the (engine-mounted) compressor. Furthermore, an effective cooling of the refrigeration oil in such Compressor not possible.
In refrigeration cycle systems without oil separation, the one with the refrigerant circulating refrigerant oil fraction is relatively large and leads to different performance and efficiency-reducing effects. In particular, there is a deterioration the refrigerant side heat transfer coefficient due a formation of a poor heat-conducting cold oil film. Further there is an increase in the refrigerant side pressure loss due a higher viscosity of the refrigerant-refrigerant mixture. It is too disadvantageous that causes an increase in the boiling temperature of the refrigerant becomes. Due to the good solubility of the refrigerant oil in the refrigerant remains in the Evaporation of the mixture also always a part of the refrigerant in the oil solved and does not contribute to the refrigeration.
It is an object of the invention, a refrigeration system of the type mentioned to create, in which an oil separation from a gas medium possible and at the same time a relatively simple design of the refrigeration system is feasible.
It is another object of the invention to provide a suitable cooling device for To suggest use in such a refrigeration system.
This object is achieved by a refrigeration system with the features of Claim 1. According to the invention, the refrigeration system is characterized the oil separation unit is integrated in the cooling device. there it may at the cooling device (heat-dissipating component) to a condenser or a gas cooler, for example in circuits with supercritical heat dissipation, act. The oil separation unit is preferably integrated on the hot gas medium side in the cooling device and provides a technically relatively easy to implement solution because no additional screw connections or the like is needed such as when integrating an oil separator would be necessary in an extended hot gas line. advantageously, requires the integrated in the cooler oil separation practically no additional space.
Advantageously, the oil separation unit is enforceable by means of the gas medium Wire and / or metal plate structure formed. In this case, the Ölabscheideeinheit For example, as a pack of a knitted wire, a Wire mesh, a wire mesh or as a stack of expanded metal plates be educated. Such Ölabscheideeinheit is in proportion easily integrated in the cooling device and is used for oil separation by a hot gas medium flows through (interspersed). Of course, other, suitable design options the Ölabscheideeinheit conceivable.
The oil separation unit preferably contains a surface-enlarging, geometric macrostructuring. This is under macro structuring one of the enforcement structure (eg, wire knit) of the oil separation unit superimposed geometric structuring of in relation to the Enforcement direction of the gas medium front and / or back Surface (interface) of the Ölabscheideeinheit understood. The oil separation unit For example, it may be formed as a longitudinally pleated pack be, by means of which an improved separation effect of the refrigeration oil from the oil separating unit passing through the gas medium and an optimized Refrigeration oil drain from the oil separation unit can be achieved. Alternatively it is also a curved configuration of the front and / or rear side (entrance or exit surface) of the Ölabscheideeinheit to achieve the mentioned effects possible.
According to a preferred embodiment, the oil separation unit contains at the with respect to the direction of enforcement of the gas medium downstream boundary surface at least one substantially perpendicular downwardly extending oil drain edge, which is a U-shaped or V-shaped in cross-section Profile. As a result, a basically desirable refrigeration oil drain favors or supports the oil separation unit and tearing cold oil drops into the oil separation unit Gas medium flow prevented.
Advantageously, the Ölabscheideeinheit is enforceable in a gas medium Integrated collection tube of the cooling device, with a cooling device connected to an evaporator suction line of the refrigeration system connected is. Such a manifold is a manifold or about an inlet-side section of a distributor tube the cooling device in which relatively simpler and more effective Way the oil separation unit is integrated. In this embodiment it is advantageously possible, for example, the oil separation unit in the form of a wire and / or metal plate structure during the manufacturing process the cooling device and in particular before a soldering process for Prepare the same in the manifold in a low-assembly manner or use.
Advantageously, by means disposed in the collecting oil separation unit a first, with respect to the direction of enforcement of the gas medium upstream chamber and a second, downstream chamber formed. The upstream chamber is used for the pre-distribution of the hot Gas medium-refrigerant oil mixture on the entire face of the oil separation unit, while the downstream chamber is undergoing further homogenization the self-adjusting velocity distribution of the now largely refrigerant oil-free gas medium via the associated cooling lines (for example Capacitor lines) of the cooling device is used, so that a largely the same large gas medium mass flow (refrigerant mass flow) in all cooling pipes (condenser pipes) connected to the manifold is achievable.
The Ölabscheideeinheit is frontally preferably spaced from the respective Inlet opening of gas medium cooling lines arranged. hereby This avoids that in the example, as a wire and / or metal plate structure trained oil separation unit deposited and along selbiger down-going refrigerant oil due to capillary action can get into the cooling lines.
Advantageously, the manifold in the first chamber in a lower Area an oil drain opening. By means of such an oil drain opening In a simple way, a reliable cooling oil discharge from the manifold and optionally ensures a refrigeration oil return in the refrigeration system.
According to a preferred embodiment, the collecting pipe in lower area a boundary wall, pointing to the oil drain opening Edge is located lower than her to the gas medium cooling lines directed edge. To prevent significant amounts of refrigerant oil in the reach the lowest cooling line of the cooling device (for example, condenser) can, the oil drain opening is preferably mounted lower than the lowest, with the manifold related cooling line, wherein the edge of the boundary wall pointing to the oil drain opening deeper for this purpose is arranged as her directed to the gas medium cooling lines edge.
The boundary wall can be as a flat, obliquely arranged sheet or be formed as graded form sheet. Optionally, the boundary wall a partition wall integrated within the cooling device which, in the case of a shaped sheet, preferably as a deep-drawn part or is designed as a flow molding.
Advantageously, the oil drain opening with a particular capillary tube trained oil return line connected. For a capillary tube formation is the oil return line in terms of pressure loss (diameter, length) designed so that at normal pressure differences between high pressure and Low-pressure side of the deposited by means of Ölabscheideeinheit cooling oil mass flow completely from the manifold (manifold) of the cooling device (Capacitor) can be dissipated, but in the presence of a Gas medium at the oil discharge opening of the gas medium mass flow (hot gas mass flow) due to the lower density of the gas medium and due to the relatively small cross section of the oil drain opening or the oil return line remains negligibly small.
According to an alternative embodiment, the oil drain opening connected with the interposition of a throttle pipe with the oil return line his. In this case, a pressure reduction takes place to a present Saugdruckniveau in the particular short throttle tube ("Orifice") immediately in front of a junction in a suction line. In this embodiment The oil return line can thus with a slightly larger Be executed diameter. Furthermore, this variant allows a more effective Cooling the refrigeration oil during its return through the oil return line, because a temperature-lowering relaxation process only in one End region (seen in oil return direction) of the oil return line takes place and thus a larger temperature difference between each to be returned refrigerant oil in the oil return line and the ambient temperature can be used. In addition, a more favorable regulation of the recycled refrigerant oil mass flow according to the principle of the throttle tube ("Orifice") possible.
Furthermore, the object is achieved by means of a cooling device for use in

Figure 1 shows a block diagram of a generally designated 10

42 liegt. Die Ölablauföffnung 60 ist mit einer insbesondere als
Kapillarrohr ausgebildeten Ölrückführleitung 28 zur Ölrückführung gemäß
Pfeil 44 verbunden. Das durch die Kühleinrichtung 12 geführte Kältemittel
(Gasmedium) wird durch die Kältemittel-Rückführleitung 34 gemäß Pfeil 42
wieder zum Verdampfer 14 zurückgeführt (siehe auch Figur 1). Figure 2 shows a schematic representation of a possible embodiment

According to the embodiment shown in Figures 2 and 3 of

The
Compared to a traditional refrigeration system without oil separation result

Vorteilhafterweise erfordert die Ölabscheideeinheit 46, abgesehen von einer
relativ dünnen und vorzugsweise flexiblen und dementsprechend verhältnismäßig
einfach zu verlegenden Ölrückführleitung 28, keinen zusätzlichen
Bauraum.
Advantageously, the
