Durch die Beweglichkeit der beiden Verbindungen 10 und 11 ist die Möglichkeit gegeben, die Bewegungsebene für den zu trainierenden Arm in jede beliebige Lage des Raumes einzustellen, was durch die gestrichelten Linien 7 angedeutet ist. Im rechtsseitigen Bereich dieser Darstellung ist auf dem schwenkbaren Arm 4 eine Hebelstange 19 drehbar gelagert. Die Hebelstange 19 weist auf der einen Seite u.a. einen Handgriff 23 und auf der dem Handgriff 23 gegenüberliegenden Seite ein Gewicht 24 auf, die beide in Längsrichtung verschoben werden können. Im Drehpunkt 20 ist eine Zug- und Druckvorrichtung 5 angeordnet, an der eine Haltevorrichtung 6 befestigt ist, die dazu dient, den Ellenbogen des menschlichen Armes aufzunehmen und zu unterstützen. Die eingestellte Höhe der Konsole 11 richtet sich nach der Körpergröße bzw. der Sitzhöhe des Patienten. Im Bereich des Scharniers 4 ist zweckmäßigerweise eine weitere drehbare Verbindung 10 angeordnet, die einen weiteren Freiheitsgrad des Schwenkarms 2 ermöglicht. An die drehbare Verbindung 10, die in Form eines Drehlagers ausgeführt ist, schließt sich ein Verbindungssteg 21 an, der mit einer kreisrunden Scheibe 2' verbunden ist und den eigentlichen Schwenkarm 2 darstellt. Das Drehlager 10 kann auch mit einer einstellbaren Widerstandskraft versehen werden, die entgegen der Drehbewegung wirkt. Die Scheibe 2' weist an bestimmten Stellen Ausnehmungen 17, 18 auf, die dazu dienen, Platz für den menschlichen Körper zu bieten und das Gewicht des schwenkbaren Arms zu verringern. Durch die Ausnehmung 17 kann der Körper beliebig nahe an den Drehpunkt 20 der Hebelstange 19 herangeführt werden, so dass eine optimale Stellung des Schultergelenks zum Drehpunkt 20 gewährleistet ist. Auf einem Lochkreis auf der Scheibe 2' befinden sich Bohrungen 15, die hauptsächlich dazu dienen, Steckbolzen 16, 16' als Anschlagelemente für die. Hebelstange 19 zu bieten. Die Anschlagelemente 16, 16' können den Drehwinkel α der Längsachse der Hebelstange 19 in vernünftigen Abständen festlegen. An einem Ende der Hebelstange 19 ist ein Handgriff 23 befestigte, der ein- Kugelgelenk aufweist, so dass der auf der Hebelstange 19 senkrecht sitzende Handgriff 23 in jeder Richtung beweglich ist, was durch die gestrichelten Linien 23' angedeutet wird. Claims (16)
- A device (1) for therapy and exercising of the joints of the human body, in particular of the shoulderjoint in a number of directions, comprising at least one swivel arm (2) which can be brought in any spatial position within the range of action of the swivel arm (2) and is secured on at least one pivot connection (4), characterized in that an adjustable traction and compression device (5) arranged on the swivel arm (2), said device comprising at least one pulling and pressure applying element (28, 26).
- The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the swivel arm (2) is supported in a rotating manner in the area of the pivot connection (4), whereby the range of rotation by means of a pivot bearing (10) is between 0° and 360°.
- The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the swivel arm (2) is displaceable both vertically and horizontally.
- The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the swivel arm (2) has the shape of a disk on which stop elements (16, 16') can be arranged in any desired locations.
- The device according to claim 4, characterized in that drilled holes (15) are arranged on the disk of the swivel arm (2), into which the stop elements (16, 16') are plugged.

- The device according to claim 12, characterized in that the pulling and pressure-applying forces are adjustable.
- The device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the holding device (6) for the elbow of the human arm is arranged in such a way that it can be rotated around its longitudinal axis.
