Claims (10)

  1. Method of communicating information for elevator users, in which an elevator user is identified and the information to be communicated is made available in dependence on the identification; wherein the identification of the elevator user and a communication of information is carried out on a computer with an independent program, wherein the computer together with a display device is arranged in the vicinity of an elevator entrance; and wherein information of different data sources is present in a building server, and in which as soon as an elevator user is identified the computer is connected with the building server; and the information is communicated to the respective identified elevator user on the basis of user-specific data; wherein personally addressed information is not provided; and the identified elevator user can receive the information on the display device, wherein the display device is connected with the building server.
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that access to information takes place on the basis of a personal information profile.
  3. Method according to claim 2, characterised in that the lift user can define or change his or her personal information profile himself or herself.
  4. Method according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that on identification of the elevator user a personal identification profile is also detected or that the elevator user communicates a personal identification profile to the building server via Internet or changes it via Internet.
  5. Method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterised in that the respective elevator user accesses his or her desired information via the display device depending on the respective personal information profile; and that the information comprises image and/or sound information.
  6. Method according to claim 5, characterised in that news, weather, sports results, sports events, stock market data, entertainment, comics, etc., are made available to the elevator user depending on the respective personal interest.
  7. Method according to claim 5, characterised in that elevator-specific information is made available to persons trusted with respect to the elevator.
  8. Method according to claim 5, characterised in that elevator expert personnel communicate with the elevator and call up statistical information and/or operating data or file specific elevator commands.
  9. Method according to claim 5, characterised in that safety personnel observe images of one or more monitoring cameras.
  10. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the instantaneous information need of several elevator users is analysed and the most frequency desired information is made available.
