Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fluid dispenser comprising a substantially rigid shell and a flexible pouch for containing the fluid product distribute. In order to extract the fluid product from the flexible bag, an organ of distribution such as a pump. For fixing the dispensing member on the pocket flexible, it is already known to use an intermediate part which serves on the one hand support for the pocket and on the other hand fixing sleeve for the pump. Such a distributor is disclosed in US-5,873,491. The intermediate piece that can be called pocket holder includes in this prior art dispenser a tray device that is snapped on its outer periphery inside the hull. The shell is closed at its bottom and has a maximum opening through which the flexible pouch and its pocket support are introduced to complete the distributor. Since the bag and its support are introduced into the hull by the high, it is possible to pre-mount the pump on the pocket support.
It has been noted with this type of distributor of the prior art that it was possible to disengage the hull pocket support by improperly handling or clumsy the organ of distribution. Therefore, fixing the pocket support on the hull is not reliable.
In the prior art, EP-0 638 367 discloses a dispenser comprising
a rigid hull with a collar, a tank with a neck and a pump. The bottom of the hull
is open and the tank is inserted into the hull by its open bottom. The neck of the hull
forms an internal annular toothing which cooperates with a complementary toothing formed
outside the reservoir neck. These nested teeth serve as locking means in
rotation. The fixing of the tank in the shell is carried out by screwing a ring of
fixing the pump on a thread formed by the neck of the tank. This is a distributor
rechargeable where the tank can be easily replaced. That's why the tank is
not permanently attached to the hull or the pump. We can not even talk about fixation
on the hull, even less definitive, since the tank is not attached to the hull, if
we come to lift the latter. Actually, blocking in rotation is not necessary
for fixing which is ensured entirely by the screwing of the pump. On the other hand,
The present invention aims to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art by defining a dispenser whose pocket support is firmly and definitively fixed with the rigid hull, independently of the fixing of the pump.
To do this, the present invention provides a fluid dispenser comprising a substantially rigid shell having an opening, a flexible pouch attached to a pocket holder forming a fixing sleeve defining an exit passage for the fluid product and a dispensing member, such as a pump, mounted in the outlet passage of the pocket holder for extracting fluid, the fixing sleeve the pocket support being fixed from the inside in the opening of the shell. It's obvious that the bottom of the rigid shell is open and closable by means of a bottom piece reported. The pocket holder is inserted inside the rigid shell by its open bottom and fixed in position in the opening of the hull. Once the pump rises, it is impossible to separate the pocket support from the rigid shell, since the pump is located at the outside of the pump and most of the pocket support is located inside the shell.
Ceci n'est pas le cas avec le distributeur du document EP-0 638 367.Another advantage of this fixing of the pocket in the hull is that it does not intervene the dispensing member (pump). As a result, the pocket is secured to the shell in the absence of the pump. It is therefore possible to fill the pocket while it is already fixed in the hull. In addition, the shell serves as a support for the pocket and thus improves its performance during filling but also when fixing the pump. This is not the case with the distributor of EP-0 638 367.
For fixing the pocket support, the fixing sleeve comprises a profile detent for cooperating by snapping with the opening of the shell. In this case, simply engage the pocket holder inside the hull and force it into the opening of the hull until snapping.
According to a first embodiment, the dispensing member is fixed on the fixing sleeve. The fixing sleeve serves here as a detent member on the shell as well that of organ for fixing the pump. Advantageously, the distribution member comes in bearing contact on the rigid shell. So the hull is pretty much stuck between the pump and the pocket support on which it is snapped. We clearly see that he is it is impossible to separate the pouch holder from the hull simply by acting on the pump.
According to a second embodiment, the opening of the shell is formed by a collar protruding outwardly from the shell, said fixing sleeve being secured to the inside of the collar. In this case, the dispenser member may be attached to the neck of the shell. The support pocket is therefore fixed, for example by snapping, inside the neck of the shell and the pump is fixed, for example by snapping, on the neck of the hull. Here, the collar serves as fastening means for both the pocket holder and the pump. Again, we see that it is clearly impossible to separate the pocket support simply by acting on the pump especially as there is no direct mechanical connection between the pocket holder and the pump.
In the case where the fixing sleeve of the pocket holder is snapped inside of the neck of the shell, it is advantageous for the neck of the shell to be elastically deformable radially outwardly to allow passage of the fixing sleeve in the neck. The elastic deformability of the neck makes it easier to snap the fastening sleeve of the pocket support. In a practical embodiment, the neck of the shell is formed with at least one vertical slot allowing radial expansion of the neck when place of the fixing sleeve. The subsequent fixing of the pump, for example by snap on the neck of the shell to lock the snap of the socket in the collar. Indeed, once the pump mounted on the deformable collar, it can no longer undergo ideal deformation to the outside.
In a practical embodiment, the neck is formed with a snap groove internally for snap-fastening socket and external snap groove for latching the dispensing member.
- FIG. 1 is an exploded view in vertical cross section through a dispenser according to the present invention,
- FIG. 2 is a profile view of the dispenser of FIG. 1,
- FIG. 3 is a view from above of the dispenser of FIGS. 1 and 2 with the dispenser member removed,
- FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view through the distributor of FIGS. 1 to 3 in the assembled state, and
- Figure 5 is a cross-sectional view through a dispenser according to a second embodiment, the dispensing member being omitted.
pompe. In both embodiments used to illustrate the present invention, the
fluid dispenser comprises a substantially
The shell can mask the entire pocket as in the example described below. However, the shell may also be in the form of an envelope only driving the upper part of the pocket to reveal its lower part.
ouvert 11, on voit l'ouverture 14 de dimension réduite au niveau de l'épaulement 12.In the figures, the substantially
The
According to the invention, the fixing
rigide. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the
