Durch Verschwenken des Handgriffs 33 in Richtung des Doppelpfeiles fl ist somit gewährleistet, daß der Widerstandsgeber 40 einerseits seine Länge verändern kann und andererseits gleichzeitig gebogen wird. Die beiden Führungselemenete 41 - 41 haben vorzugsweise die Form von zwei Führungsplatten, die außerhalb des Vertikalrohrs 26 an dem Montageelement 27 befestigt sind. Patentansprüche claims
1. Trainingsgerät, welches ein an einem Stuhl anbringbares, mit einem Vertikalschlitz (6.1 ; 26.1) versehenes Vertikalrohr (6; 26) enthält, in dem ein Montageelement (7; 27) geführt ist, an dem außerhalb des Vertikalrohrs ein seitlich gerichtetes Trägerteil befestigt ist, das von einem Benutzer auf und ab bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Montageelement auf einem innerhalb des Vertikalrohrs (6; 26) angeordneten Widerstandsgeber (8; 28) abgestützt ist, und daß an dem Montageelement (7; 27) ein im wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichteter Handgriff (13a, 13b; 33) befestigt ist.1.
