In dem länglichen Körper 2 sind ein Kolben 23 und eine Schließerfeder 24
verschiebbar aneinander gekoppelt. Die Welle 22 ist drehbar in dem
Körper 2 gelagert und weist mittig ein Zahnrad 25 auf, das mit einer einstückig
innerhalb des Kolben 23 ausgebildeten Zahnstange 26 zusammenarbeitet.
Die Welle 22 ist außerhalb des Körpers 2 mit dem nicht dargestellten
Gestänge gekoppelt.A
Wenn die Tür geöffnet wird, wird die Welle 22 über das mit der Tür gekoppelte
Gestänge verdreht. Der Kolben 23 wird in horizontaler Richtung
bewegt und drückt die Schließerfeder 24 zusammen. Die gespeicherte
Öffnungsenergie wird, sobald die Tür losgelassen wird, wieder frei, indem
sich die Schließerfeder 24 entspannt und dabei den Kolben 23 in die entgegengesetzte
Richtung drückt. Die Tür wird durch die Umsetzung der
linearen Bewegung in eine Drehbewegung wieder geschlossen. Als

Der Körper 2 weist eine axial ausgerichtete Achsbohrung 27 zur Lagerung
und Befestigung der Welle 22 auf. Die Achsbohrung 27 hat einen runden

Zahnrades 25 sind Scheiben 31 vormontiert. An beiden Enden der Welle
22 sind Vorrichtungen zur Befestigung eines Gestänges ausgebildet. Das
Gestänge wird in Abhängigkeit von der Einbausituation am geeigneten
Ende installiert. Als Lagerung dienen beiderseits der Welle 22 sogenannte
Sinterbuchsen 32, 37 aus keramischem Material. Eine rohrförmige
Lagerschale 33 hat einen abgestuften Querschnitt, der in einer Randkante
34 endet. Die Außenfläche der Lagerschale 33 ist zumindest bereichsweise
radial vergrößert ausgebildet.The
Nachfolgend wird die Montage des Türschließers 1 beschrieben. Die Lagerschale
33 bildet eine vormontierte Einheit, in die zuerst eine Ringdichtung
35 gegen die Randkante 34 geschoben wird und anschließend die
Sinterbuchse 32 unlösbar gegen die Ringdichtung 35 gepreßt wird. In
dem oberen Teil der Achsbohrung 27 wird eine Ringdichtung 36 und anschließend
die Sinterbuchse 37 unlösbar fixiert. In der Nut 29 des unteren
Teiles der Achsbohrung 27 wird der Dichtring 30 eingelegt. Nach dem
Einbringen der Schließerfeder 24 und des Kolbens 23 in den Kanal 21
wird die Welle 22 durch den unteren Teil der Achsbohrung 27 eingesetzt.
Die Welle 22 gleitet innerhalb des oberen Teiles der Achsbohrungen 27
durch die darin fixierte Sinterbuchse 37 bis sie mit der Scheibe 31 gegen
den Kanal 21 stößt. Die vollständige Lagerung und Befestigung der Welle
22 erfolgt durch das Einsetzen der Lagerschale 33 im unteren Teil der
Achsbohrung 27. Die vormontierte Lagerschale 33 wird über die Welle 22
geschoben und mittels eines definierten Druckes endgültig in dem Körper
2 und auf der Welle 22 positioniert. Anfänglich gleitet die Sinterbuchse 32
über die Welle 22 und die Außenflächen der Lagerschale 33 entlang der
Innenwand der Achsbohrung 27. Durch die bereichsweise vergrößerte
Lagerschale 33, vorzugsweise mittels eines Vorsprunges, wird der die
Achsbohrung 27 umgebende Körper 2 elastisch nach außen gedrückt.
Nach Passieren der Nut 29 verhakt sich der Vorsprung durch Rückfederung
des Körpers 2 in dieser Nut 29 und die Lagerschale 33 ist befestigt.
Gleichzeitig ist die Welle 22 auch axial durch Anlage der Sinterbuchse

aus Gründen der Materialersparnis abgeschrägt ausgebildet.A
In Figur 8 und 9 ist ein Körper 2 gezeigt, dessen Seitenflächen 5,6 unterschiedliche
Krümmungen aufweisen. Die Seitenfläche 5 verläuft wie im
Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Figur 1-3 bereits beschrieben parabelförmig
und grenzt an eine ebene obere Fläche 3. Die Seitenfläche 6 weist einen
zur Seitenfläche 5 unterschiedlichen parabelförmigen Verlauf auf, der dadurch
gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Seitenfläche 6 übergangslos in der
oberen Fläche 3 ausläuft. Die obere Fläche 3 ist also einseitig eben und
einseitig gewölbt ausgebildet.A
Allen drei Ausführungsbeispielen ist gemeinsam, daß sie an der Unterseite
4, wie aus Figur 3 ersichtlich zwei Bohrungen 19,20 aufweisen.
Diese Bohrungen 19,20 dienen während der Fertigung nach dem Gießprozeß
zur Zentrierung und Befestigung des Werkstückes an weiteren
Bearbeitungsstätten. Hierdurch können insbesondere in der maschinellen

Claims (12)
- A door closer (1) having an oblong body (2) formed in one-piece,which presents an upper surface (3) disposed parallel with regard to a lower face (4), two opposite lateral surfaces (5, 6) connecting the lower face (4) and the upper surface (3), and two fore-parts, (7, 8) limiting the body (2) in the longitudinal extension thereof,which presents mounting plates (9, 10) protruding from the fore-parts (7, 8) in the longitudinal extension of the lower face (4), anda shaft (22) being rotatably supported at both lateral surfaces (5, 6) and being able to be connected to a rod assembly,the lateral surfaces (5, 6) are curved and/or extend bevelled towards each other, starting at the lower face (4) and ending at the upper surface (3), the shaft (22) is disposed in bearing blocks (11, 12) in a central position between the lower face (4) and the upper surface (3), the bearing blocks (11, 12) being massive and formed in one piece on the body (2), by increasing the width of the lateral surfaces (5, 6) at the exterior side from the remainder surface to the frontal surfaces (13, 14), ascending from the lower face (4).
- A door closer (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the lateral surfaces (5, 6) extend in a different curvature and/or present a bevelled course.
- A door closer (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the lateral surfaces (5, 6) extend in a parabolic shape.
- A door closer (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the upper surface (3) extends at least partially convex.
- A door closer (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the bearing blocks (11, 12) present the form of the frontal surfaces (13, 14) thereof.
- A door closer (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the frontal surfaces (13, 14) are oriented vertically towards the lower face (4).
- A door closer (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the frontal surfaces (13, 14) are formed in a trapezoidal or U-shaped form.
- A door closer (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the bearing blocks (11, 12) do not project from the upper surface (3).
- A door closer (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that bore-holes (19, 20) are recessed in the lower face (4).
- A door closer (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the body (2) is made of cast material in a non-massive execution.
- A door closer (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the shaft (22) is rotatably supported on one side in a bearing shell (33) and the bearing shell (33) may be inserted in an axle bore-hole (27) during an elastic excursion of the body (2) and may be fixed after the spring-back operation thereof.
- A door closer (1) according to claim 11, characterized in that the shaft (22) presents, at least partially, a larger diameter than the axle bore-hole (27).
