Die Klemmschraube 1 4 greift durch eine Bohrung 1 5 in der Wand des vorderen Rahmenrohres 1 in das Innere des Rahmenrohres 1 ein, erstreckt sich durch ein Langloch 1 6 im Halter 1 3 und ist in eine Klemmplatte 1 7 eingeschraubt, die in Längsrichtung der Klemmschraube 1 4 beweglich, im übrigen aber unverdrehbar in dem vorderen Rahmenrohr 1 gelagert ist. Das freie Ende der Klemmschraube 1 4 drückt auf den gegenüberliegenden Halter 1 2. Beim Verdrehen der Klemmschraube 14 mittels eines außen liegenden Knebels 1 8 preßt das freie Ende der Klemmschraube 1 4 den Halter 1 2 gegen die gegenüberliegende Wand des vorderen Rahmenrohres 1 an, während gleichzeitig die Klemmplatte 1 7 den Halter 1 3 gegen die gegenüberliegende Wand des vorderen Rahmenrohres 1 anpreßt. Man kann also in vorteilhafter Weise mit einem einzigen Handgriff die vorher eingestellte Höhe des Brustpolsters 1 0 und des Therapietisches 1 1 durch Betätigen der Klemmschraube 1 4 fixieren.
