Abstract
Bei Fahrt mit einem Kraftfahrzeug (1) kann dem Kraftfahrer Verkehrsinformation (5) übermittelt werden, die sich ausschließlich auf seine individuelle Fahrtroute bezieht. Verkehrsinformation, die nicht für diesen Bereich gilt, wird unterdrückt. Die Selektion der Verkehrsinformation erfolgt automatisch und in Abhängigkeit eines zeitabhängigen Bewegungsprofils des Kraftfahrzeugs. Die Jeweiligen Bereiche, für die Verkehrsinformation gewünscht wird, brauchen daher nicht mehr manuell vorgegeben zu werden, so daß zeitraubende Einstellvorgänge entfallen und die Sicherheit beim Fahren erhöht wird. When driving with a motor vehicle (1), the driver can be given traffic information (5) which relates exclusively to his individual route. Traffic information that does not apply to this area is suppressed. The traffic information is selected automatically and as a function of a time-dependent movement profile of the motor vehicle. The respective areas for which traffic information is required therefore no longer need to be specified manually, so that time-consuming adjustment processes are eliminated and safety when driving is increased.
