Claims (8)
- Apparatus for positioning corrugated tubes, having at least one propagation wheel (2,3) for a corrugated tube (7), a positioning means for the corrugated tube being engaged with a sensor (1), and a cutting means (11), characterized in that at least one propagation wheel is provided with an outer ratching (13) adapted to the wave length of the ondulation of the corrugated tube (7, said ratching engaging with the tops and bottoms of the waves of the corrugated tube and working as a positioning means together with an indicator means (14) coupled with the at least one propagation wheel.
- Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the indicator means (14) and the sensor (1) are positioned such that the indicator means can be sensed be the sensor.
- Apparatus according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that two propagation wheels (2,3) are provided, the corrugated tube (7) being guided between said two propagation wheels.
- Apparatus according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that a guiding (4) for the corrugated tube is provided in the area of the at least one propagation wheel.
- Apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the guiding (4) is essentially provided as a hollow cylinder, the inner diameter of which being dimensioned to ensure a guided reciprocating movement of the corrugated tube (7).
- Apparatus according to one the previous claims, characterized in that a supporting rod (5) insertable into one end of the corrugated tube (7) is provided, the outer diameter of said supporting rod being dimensioned such that it is clearance free reciprocatable inside the corrugated tube (7).
- Apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the supporting rod (5) is composed of two mutually spaced rodlets (5', 5'') connected via a plate (8).
- Method for positioning corrugated tubes (7), including the following steps:transporting a corrugated tube (7) by means of a transportation means,positioning of the corrugated tube (7) by means of a sensor means (1) engaging with said transportation means, characterized in thatat least one propagation wheel (2,3) is being activated for transportation of the corrugated tube (7), said propagation wheel having an outer ratching (13) adapted to the wave length of the ondulation of the corrugated tube (7) and engaging into the tops and bottoms of the corrugated tube (7), and thatthe propagation wheel (2) engages with an indicator means (14) for positioning the corrugated tube (7).
