Abstract

Beschrieben und dargestellt ist ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zur Herstellung von bikonischem Draht, d. h. von Draht mit sich wiederholenden zylindrischen Drahtabschnitten einerseits und konischen Drahtabschnitten andererseits, aus zylindrischem Ausgangsmaterial, insbesondere zur Herstellung von Schraubendruckfedern.A method and a system for producing are described and illustrated biconical wire, d. Im Ausführungbeispiel sind noch realisiert eine Abkühleinheit (3) hinter der Erwärmungseinheit (1), eine Abkühleinheit (4) hinter der Formgebungseinheit (2), eine Walzensteuerung (5), eine Nachwalzeinheit (6) hinter der Formgebungseinheit (2), eine weitere Erwärmungseinheit (7) zum Anlassen, eine der weiteren Erwärmungseinheit (7) nachgeordnete Abkühleinheit (8), ein Abcoiler (9), ein Rollenrichtapparat (10) und ein Aufcoiler (11).
