Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a one-piece blank
made of foldable material to form a packaging body
for bottles for use in plastic bottle crates, according to the preamble of
One-piece blanks made of foldable material or the like. For the formation of packaging for Bottles are known.
In practice, these are mainly limited on one or two rows in the packaging body arranged bottles, their end faces night are closed, and the packaging body generally in cardboard boxes. Transport trays or the like. for sale in self-service stores or Similar sales outlets are used there the economically sensible setting of the packaging body, especially of packaging bodies with standing reusable bottles, because of the one in the inner bottom area of the plastic bottle crate arranged, crossing and high partition walls to accommodate e.g. 12, 20, 24 or 30 individual bottles are not is possible, and the crossing, standing Partition walls inside the plastic bottle crate the enveloping cut in Bottom and side wall area of the packaging body would destroy the uniformity the summarized packaging body, and whose stability is no longer given, thereby the state of the art in the beverage industry, e.g. Breweries, automated machine procedures for inserting the formed packaging body in plastic bottle crates, not used can be and therefore primarily secondary packaging lines for inserting the educated Packing body in outer cartons or transport tray have to be built, with the rest economic disadvantage that especially for Packaging body with standing reusable bottles in addition to the outer cartons or transport trays, empty plastic bottle crates to the Self-service shops or similar sales outlets must be delivered to the orderly Withdrawal of consumer returned items empty single bottles, according to the applicable The legal situation is subject to deposit charges, as well as the subordinate in the manufacturing plant of the beverage industry e.g. Brewery required mechanical emptying of the plastic bottle crates with standing empty bottles, to be guaranteed.
A known form to avoid these disadvantages is documented by the DT 22 24 866, although special plastic bottle crates, so-called Quill boxes, and these in general with double-row packaging bodies, e.g. 6 or 8 standing bottles, equipped be the opening openings in the floor area for those in the so-called quill boxes have arranged spacers, which in turn the orderly setting when the empty bottles are returned by the consumer in the self-service shops or similar sales outlets guarantee.
Das maschinelle bzw, manuelle Einstellen von
einreihig gebildeten Verpackungskoerpern, z.B. in
der Auslegung 2, 3, 4 bis max. 6 Flaschen in die
sogenannten Pinolenkaesten nach DT 22 24 866 ist
wegen der erforderlichen Anordnung der Abstandshalter
nicht moeglich. The mechanical or manual setting of
single-row packaging bodies, e.g. in
Desweiteren werden die Kunststoff-Flaschenkaesten
nach DT 22 24 866 generell als Zweitausstattung
fuer die Aufnahme von zweireihig ausgelegte Verpackungskoerper
eingesetzt, gegenueber den vorrangig
genutzten Kunststoff-Flaschenkaesten mit im
inneren sich kreuzenden und hochstehenden Gefachewaenden
zur Aufnahme von Einzelflaschen, was neben
der Zusatzinvestitionen auch einen hoeheren logistischen
Aufwand fuer den Aubieter bedeutet.Furthermore, the plastic bottle crates
according to
Bottle-filled packaging body made of foldable Material or the like. Or equipped with bottles Cartons were previously also in plastic bottle crates transported.
Verpackungskoerper bzw. Umkartons mit je z.B.
sechs Flaschen eingestellt werden koennen. Diese
Neiderhord-Flaschenkaesten sind aber nur fuer den
Transport vom Hersteller, z.B. Brauereien, bis zu
den Selbstbedienungslaeden oder aehnlichen Verkaufsstaetten
zu gebrauchen, da ein Ruecktransport
einzelner, durch in Verpackungskoerper bzw.
Umkartons gesicherter, und in aufrechter Lage
stehender Leerflaschen nicht moeglich ist.Through FR-
Furthermore, these low side bottle crates can not stacked on top of each other in loaded country because stacking on top of each other the bottom of the next low side bottle crate on the goods, the one stacked underneath Neiderbord bottle crate stands packed, and thereby the tops of the packaging body foldable material or the like in machine Stacked on top of each other.
Bottle crates not stackable could not but for the bottle transport enforce, because here all transport and storage possibilities are designed so that the low side bottle crates or plastic bottle crates or the like. stacked by machine Need to become.

sealing tools of the sealing bay (63), and during continuous further conveying, hot adhesive is applied from below centrally to the outer face of the right-hand bottom part (15) by means of a hot-adhesive applicator (64), and subsequently the left-hand bottom part (16) is pressed likewise upward against the bottle bottoms of the packaging body (1) by means of the folding rail of the packaging machine (54), and rests overlapping with the inner face over the already-applied hot adhesive on the outer face of the right-hand bottom part (15), and a subsequent pressing bay (65) of the packaging machine (54) installed from below effects adhesive pressing of the hot-adhesive between the overlapping right-/left-hand bottom parts (15, 16) of the one-piece blank (2, 3) of the packaging body (1), and the final seal of the packaging body (1) is produced, and the directly phased hot-adhesive join between the right-/left-hand bottom parts (15, 16), and supported by the pressing bay (65) the immediately subsequent lateral moving away of the cam-controlled sealing tools of the sealing bay (63) is effected and therewith the release of the formed packaging body (1), without the desired taut fitting of the one-piece blank (2, 3) around the container formation of the product bottles (50) being lost, and the formed packaging bodies (1) are supplied continuously from the packaging machine (54) by means of a package conveyor belt (66) for further processing and, according to the formation of the packaging bodies (1), with the use of the one-piece blanks (2, 3), these are inserted by means of known crate-insertion machines automatically into the plastics bottle crates (51) in the longitudinal or transverse direction, in which case the framework longitudinal and transverse struts penetrate the perforation lines of the holding strips and engage in the insertion punched holes between the bottles.
